Throughout the condominium you'll notice several updates have been made to make this beach contemporary vacation rental very appealing! The kitchen is nicely updated with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Coming fully-stocked with all the accoutrements of home, cooking a meal for the family is made easy. The kitchen bar seats two guests for coffee or conversation.
The adjacent dining area table seats four guests easily. A full guest or visitor's bathroom is located just off the kitchen, dining and living areas and contains a walk-in shower.
Just beyond the kitchen and dining areas, the living room excels at bringing that beach contemporary style center stage. Details like comfortable yet stylish furniture, an HDTV and a large slider to your private balcony make this room a delight to relax in.
The primary bedroom consists of a king sized Marriott Bed , HDTV and its own en-suite primary bathroom. The primary bathroom has a sunken garden tub and a separate walk-in shower, the best of both worlds.
Outside on your private balcony you'll be able to take in sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean!
The beach is easily accessed by taking a short trip down the elevator and out to the ocean!
