* Sea Pines is a gated community in which every vehicle must have a gate pass for entry. One gate pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you require additional passes, please request the exact number needed to ensure they are prepared in advance. Each pass has a fee of $35. All gate passes must be picked up at the host2coast office prior to entry.
* The South Beach Marina Pool is open seasonally from June through August. Please note that pool access is not included with your stay. Guests who wish to use the pool must purchase a pass directly from South Beach Pool in advance. For current rates and details, please visit their official website.
* Please be advised that there is ongoing construction at South Beach Marina for the foreseeable future. Some shops remain open, including The Salty Dog.

This is a fantastic place to stay with a great location. You are at the end of South Beach, right across the street from beach access. Bluff Villas is quiet and the condo is beautifully furnished and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Seriously, the furniture is all light colored and beautiful and I was worried our young children would ruin it. Will absolutely stay here again!

Fall getaway

Great location! Just a short walk to our favorite location, Salty Dog. Condo was very comfortable and roomy. The hosts were most accommodating and extremely helpful when I had questions. We will definitely rebook for our next trip to Hilton Head.

Overall a good trip!

First, the good. The location is excellent. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the inlet that flows into the South Beach Marina (full disclosure, you can’t see the Marina, but it’s still beautiful). We hit the first real fall days and we loved opening the casement windows for fresh air. Now the less than good. While the master suite is huge, the master bath is tiny. We also found the shower doors, which slide the wrong way, to be irritating. You can’t get to the towel rack unless you step all the way into the shower. If you were heavy-set or not steady on your feet, the shower would be inaccessible. There were no linens for the pull out sofa. My teenage son travels with his own pillow and blankets and he said it was fine, so we did not contact the property manager. I’m sure that issue would have been rectified promptly; it’s just something you don’t want to address after a long travel day. We’ve had so many 5-star experiences in Sea Pines, I’m not sure we would book this property again. It would only take a small amount of effort to make it a 5-star place.

I have stayed at these villas for years, love the location of them. This particular villa was not as clean as Id hoped for it to be. The property manager was very responsive and accommodating.

Girls trip!

The check in and out were very easy. The condo itself is on the 2nd floor (something I didn’t know before we got there). Two bedrooms and two baths gave us plenty of room. Although something needs to be done with the shower in the Master suite the doors are wrong and you have to climb over the toilet to get in the shower. The beach is across the street and we saw dolphins everyday. Kitchen had everything you need. Very good place for a couple of friends to share time together.
