Welcome to your Hilton Head escape at The Breakers 130 — a cozy, ocean-view villa perfectly located between the beach and Coligny Plaza.

This one-bedroom, one-bath retreat has been freshly painted and updated with modern coastal décor, including a new sleeper sofa in the living area. The space is thoughtfully designed to make the most of its 518 square feet, offering comfort, style, and everything you need for a relaxing beach getaway.

Step onto your private balcony overlooking the pool — you can even catch a glimpse of the ocean beyond the dunes. The complex sits right on the beachfront, with private beach access, a heated pool, and a kiddie pool. There’s a guard station at the entrance to provide parking passes and keep an eye on the property, adding to the friendly, easygoing atmosphere.

Very well done upgrades. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We appreciated the little details, like the start up kit for the kitchen and bath. It was also very nice to have some hangers in the closets. Also loved being able to walk to stores and restaurants, so we did not have to get back in the car after arriving. We also loved seeing the deer and raccoon that visit, near the pool.

We have enjoyed staying at the Breakers for many years because of its prime location at an affordable price. While the units are quaint one bedroom spaces, the grounds and proximity to Coligny cannot be beat. This condo was by far the nicest and well appointed condo on the property we’ve ever experienced! We will definitely stay here again! Everything about this condo was welcoming and thoughtful and even better than the photos! Decor was on point, with well appointed and comfortable furniture that fit the smaller space and provided plenty of storage. Everything was updated and CLEAN ! This unit has a full size kitchen with an oven (few units have them), extra linens (sheets, pillows, blankets, towels), comfortable beds/furniture, beach chairs, cooler, wagon, outdoor table and chairs and several thoughtful extra touches like small labeled bags with starter bath products, soap for kitchen, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent and the kitchen towels were tied in a bow and so much more! It’s very apparent these owners are committed to their guests comfort and go above and beyond to provide a wonderful vacation experience!

This property was RIGHT on the beach. Like a two-minute walk, separated by a private gate (the gate was private, not the beach).The process could not have been more straightforward from check-in to check-out. The owners were responsive for the few questions we had. I'd love to stay here every year!

An amazing getaway

Everything about the property was fantastic, easy to get in and out of, spacious parking, location was perfect right next to the beach.
