Discover the cozy 1-bedroom villa nestled within Folly Field on Hilton Head Island. Nestled just a short walk from the serene Folly Field Beach, you'll be able to stroll along the pristine, flat sands and splash in the gentle waves whenever you please.

This newly renovated villa has been recently updated with all the comforts of home. Full size appliances with all the essentials including pots, pans, dishes, glassware, eating and cooking utensils.
We also include 2 beach chairs, towels and beach umbrella.

There are 2 pools on site with one of them being the largest pool on the island. Stay connected with complimentary high-speed WiFi and enjoy your favorite shows on the 2 smart TV’s. Dine together at the cozy dining table or step out onto the private balcony to savor your culinary creations al fresco.

Enjoy the miles and miles of bike trails on the island, along with beach riding. There are over 60 miles of public pathways and nature trails. Bike rentals are located right at the resort for your convenience.

When it's time to wind down, retreat to the comfortable bathroom stocked with plush towels and essential toiletries. Refresh with the hair dryer, and keep your wardrobe wrinkle-free with the iron and ironing board. This condo is a wonderful place to stay. Besides all the added amenities from the community (pool, easy and close beach access, pickleball courts, bike racks all around the property, bike rental available and more), the condo has all you need. It is simple but beautifully decorated with nice taste. It was great to sit on the balcony and enjoy coffee and/or wine while viewing the ocean in the distance. Very comfortable bed and enjoyed the shower (plenty of room and great water force). Great wifi access and communication from owner. Very easy to work with. We will return when we come back to Hilton Head.

Wonderful vacation

Our stay at Laurie and Mike’s Air Bnb was perfect. The unit is cozy and welcoming. It has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. My wife loved the Bed pillows. They helped us celebrate our we’d anniversary with a beautiful welcome basket. The room is very comfortable. The bathroom offers all the toiletries you will need. Kitchen is stocked. Mike/Laurie are wonderful host and we plan on going back next year

From the moment we walked in we felt as if we were at our home away from home. Mike and Laurie provided everything we needed for our visits to the beach and even left many snacks! This thoughtfully appointed and meticulously clean condo is perfect for two. The small touches make it immediately comfortable and homey. Beautiful cozy get away

This is a beautiful cozy place to stay right on the ocean. We spent mornings and evenings sitting on the balcony enjoying the weather and ocean. This condo was wonderfully stocked with all we needed to cook and the owners even had a snack basket filled with goodies. We absolutely will stay here again.
