This stylishly decorated and renovated Beachwalk villa is a vacationer’s dream! As you ascend the stairs, you’ll be greeted with an open floor plan, new wood and tile flooring and comfortable furnishings.

The living area features seating for six with a wall-mounted flat screen TV and patio doors that lead out to a private deck. The dining area is just off the living room and also has access to the deck overlooking the Beachwalk complex pool.

The kitchen features updated cabinetry, an ornate backsplash and everything needed to cook a meal for your guests.

The primary suite features a king bed, flat screen TV and a sitting area, perfect for cozying up with a good book. The stunning primary bathroom was renovated in 2019 and features a large walk-in shower.

The guest bedroom features a queen bed, day bed with a trundle and a flat screen TV. The renovated guest bathroom is located just across the hall and features a tub/shower combination.

Please indicate how many car passes you will need. Car passes are $35 plus tax for the stay. 2 Car Passes Max.

Lovely condo!

This place was beautiful. So comfy and well appointed! The pool and beach were so close that it made it difficult to want to do anything else. The property managers were fantastic, very communicative and helpful. I would highly recommend it!

Nice property but full blown construction right next to bedroom windows. Very noisy day.

The property has a great location to the beach and pool, nice apartment but the construction right next to the bedroom windows ruined our stay. The noice starts at 7 am with heavy equipment use and constant banging till late in the evening. That was never disclosed as we would never rented the place. We reached out to the owner but never got any response. If you are looking to sleep in the morning or spend some time on the deck during the day go somewhere else.
