55 Night Heron is the perfect retreat for your next Hilton Head vacation. This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom Sea Pines home is located in the historic Sea Pines community on Hilton Head Island with community pool access and just a short walk to the beach.

Upon entry, you'll be greeted with natural light, vaulted ceilings, and an open floor plan. The spacious living area features plenty of comfortable sofa seating, island views through the surrounding windows, a flat screen TV, and easy access to the private deck through a sliding glass door. Wood flooring spans the living area and the full size kitchen features beautiful granite counters. The dining area comfortably seats 6, with an additional dining area outside on the elevated deck seating for 4 overlooking the lagoon.

Two of the three bedrooms are located on the main entry level, with the third located in a private loft space. The first bedroom is located just off the living area, offering a King bed, a flat screen TV and a full private bathroom. The second bedroom on this level is by the kitchen, featuring a King bed, flat screen TV and a full bathroom in the hall. The third bedroom is located in the loft area up a spiral staircase, featuring 1 Twin size and 1 Full size bed.

Please Note: This property is soon undergoing new upgrades! Including two new King size beds in the current Queen bedrooms and a new Queen bed alongside the Twin bed in the loft.

Sea Pines Plantation is Hilton Head Island's original and largest planned resort. While it is currently the home of the Heritage Golf Tournament, it is the abounding natural beauty of Hilton Head Island that beckons one to return again and again. Five miles of white sandy beach offer swimming, sailing, parasailing, kayaking, and fishing. For the land lovers there are 14 miles of bike baths, 3 golf courses, tennis, a broad range of shops, restaurants and Hilton Head attractions that will please every vacationer.

Pet Policy: This property is dog-friendly only. A non-refundable fee of $225.00 plus tax per pet is required if you are bringing a dog. Limit: 2 dogs. Please call Sunset Rentals to pay pet fee.

Sea Pines requires each vehicle to have a gate/car pass. Car
passes are $17.00 per car per week. Please specify with us how many you will need.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
