304 Shorewood is a beautifully updated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom oceanfront flat with direct views of the Atlantic! This 3rd floor condo is located in one of the most coveted communities in Forest Beach and offers vacationers a relaxing and fun-filled stay.

The open concept living area features comfortable furnishings, including a sleeper sofa and a Smart TV, as well as access to the private balcony overlooking the ocean. The dining area beyond has seating for 6 with additional room to spread out at the kitchen bar. The well-appointed kitchen features custom cabinets, plenty of counter space and a Keurig coffee maker.

The main bedroom offers oceanfront views and patio access, as well as a king bed, flat screen TV and a completely renovated private bathroom with a large tiled walk-in shower.

Down the hall you'll find the guest bedroom with 2 twin beds, a flat screen TV and access to a recently renovated hall bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Shorewood, Hilton Head Island is a secure, gated oceanfront complex in South Forest Beach that have just completed a total pool area renovation resulting in a most exciting and beautiful oceanfront pool complex that Hilton Head Island has to offer. The large, sunny pool, children's pool and spa are set among towering palms and heated from Oct 1-Nov 30, and March 1-Apr 30. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.

Perfect stay for our family

This condo was perfect for my family. The space was exactly what we needed for our family of 4. We also really enjoyed the direct beach access. It made it really easy to run back to the condo when we forgot sunglasses or something small. The pool area was also a great complement to the beach. The heated pool and the hot tub came in handy when the mornings were a little bit colder. And the proximity to shopping and the pirate ship park allowed us to be a bit more flexible with our schedule. We would absolutely rent this complex again!
