Tranquility by the Beach 1st Fl Sleeps 6,King Bed

This property is a gated community with tennis courts and a play ground. This condo is newly renovated with many new furnishings as well. Our beach is the most secludes beaches on the island and is never overcrowded and is located on the sound. Enjoy 100+ HDTV channels, free WiFi, a smart TV with Netflix, and more...

We live in the area and can be reached by phone, text or email if there is anything you many need.

The Spa is nestled between Mitchellville & Fish Haul Beach Parks. Our beach is the most secludes beaches on the island and is never overcrowded and is located on the sound. This is a natural beach and clamming, shrimping, oysters, mussels and fishing are all allowed on this beach. It is also a great beach for kids to make sand castles, play in the water. I love the walks on the beach and watching the 2 Bald Eagles we have living here with us and the dolphins too. You do however need to have a license, which you can get at Walmart at a great price. Please note: there are no life guards at our beach.

We are a gated community. Upon arrival when you get to the security gate, just give them your full name and the unit you will be staying in. This building is the only one that has a handicap ramp to the 1st floor units. Once inside the units the doorways however are only 29" wide to bedrooms & 23" wide to the bathrooms. Please reach out for more details if you have questions.

Hilton Head Island is a premiere resort community. It has 12 miles of ocean beach, over 200 restaurants, over 30 golf courses, nature preserves, parks, shops, Mini golf, and bicycle trails. The island bike trail is right outside the complex. There are also many bike rental companies who will deliver & pickup right to the condo. Savannah is only 45 minutes away if you want to go on a day trip

There is a ferry that will bring you over to Duffuskie Island for a day trip or many other boat adventures you can do while you are here. Please see our guestbook for all the great things to do and excursions you can have. These can be booked right through our guidebook for your convenience.

The kitchen is equip with a microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and crock pot as well as your pots/pans, and dishes. We do offer some basic spices if you choose to cook but can't guarantee what may be there at any given time.
Coffee Maker - Keurig pod single cup & regular full pot drip, We supply starter garbage bags, paper towels, and toiletries. We also supply laundry soap, dish & dishwasher soaps.

Loved our stay for the most part! Be aware this is a floor level unit, and you can hear absolutely everything in the unit above. There were noisy kiddos running around from about 5am on, and we could even hear some kind of song playing from a sound machine all night as well. Not a huge deal, but would be for people who had troubles sleeping.

Quite beach were nature meets the ocean

We truly enjoyed our stay the condo was clean spacious and within 100 feet of the beach. The grounds condos were very well maintained everywhere u looked was so clean. There was lots of beautiful nature all around us. This place is like we’re nature meets the beach. Best of both worlds. The 3 pools were well maintained every morning someone was out there cleaning them which was really nice. I enjoyed the location because it was on the quieter side of the island and everything was within 8-15 mins from u including great shopping and restaurants. The owners were also amazing. I just want to say thank u again and we will be back!!

Lovely Place

We have come to this complex for the past eight years. It’s the best place on Hilton Head. This time we stayed in Nancy and John’s apartment and we loved it. I would say it is the cleanest and the best kept apartment of all that we stayed in this complex. I hope everyone will enjoy it as much as we did.

Perfect Mother’s Day weekend getaway

This was the cutest townhouse. It’s a short walk across the parking lot to the beach. Since it is the sound, there are minimal waves: but tons of stuff to find when the tide is out. We saw a bald eagle, crabs.The weather wasn’t great, overcast mostly. Luckily only a few showers, but we made the most of it and were able to explore outdoors with the kids. The water was perfect, didn’t have to worry too much about crazy waves and kids ran around and had the best time! Close to so many restaurants and shopping. Not over crowded. This is our second time at the spa property. And love coming to this side of the island now. Have been coming to Hilton head my whole life and this is a new favorite spot!!House was clean, well stocked. We tried to not stay at the house too much though. Highly recoomend

Great Condo in beautiful setting

The condo was exactly as described. It slept 6 comfortably. Everything was clean and neat. The walk to beach area is peaceful and beautiful. Pool area had games, which the teens liked. I would recommend this condo! The owner was quick to respond when I had a question about arrival.

Not what I expected

Even though the description mentions patio & deck, there is none. Also, photos of the beach are taken much closer than the unit. My wife is mobility & visually challenged so this was a big problem. The host was sympathetic but not much to do at that point. The upstairs neighbors getting new flooring didn’t help either. Much hammering. If you’re looking for a home base to sleep in, this will be perfect.

Fantastic Week!

Our family of four had a fantastic stay. The location is great for Hilton Head, the condo had plenty of space and was clean. The property is beach front, but the condo is not. (Clarifying for those that may not have realized the difference.) But the walk to the beach was only a few minutes and the grounds are beautiful and well kept. Would definitely recommend!

We had a nice stay, my daughter son-in-law two grandchildren (ages 4 & 1) The condo was nice but one of the bathrooms, the shower was messed up (the water came out of faucet & shower head - not good pressure for either). Also, beach chairs were mentioned - we did have have bag chairs, but not what we expected.

Awesome stay on the NORTH side of Hilton Head

If you like sea life and aircraft this is the location for you. This property is located very close to the airport. The runway approach almost goes right over the property.If you love watching aircraft take off and land just set your chair up on the beach and enjoy. If you enjoy sea life, there is a plethora especially when the tide is low. The property itself was perfect-clean newly updated, on the ground floor. The outdoor pool located right as you exit the beach was perfect for rinsing off and cooling off after spending the day on the beach. This property - highly reccomend.

Ride Hilton Head

Nice condo near beach (wish that was a little clearer thought we would be closer to beach). Overall served purpose for trip, bicycle ride event of the island. Like it was gated security patrolled property. Little odd no beach towels, not a big deal. There was plenty of other beach gear if you wanted it. We use VRBO because we don’t like hotels and this property like most we frequent make it easy to continue going this path rather than hotels.
