Updated poolside villa, short walk to beach and Coligny Plaza

Park your car and bring your bathing suit and sandles. This two bedroom two and half bath second floor poolside villa is ideally located. Many of Hilton Head Islands major attractions can be reached by foot, Coligny plaza, the brand new Celebration Park, tiki hut, south forest beach, dozens of restaurants and shops. Hilton Head Island has more than 60 miles of bike trails and there are many bicycle rentals nearby (one on the corner of Tanglewood Dr. and South Forest Beach Drive, just off Tanglewood's Property).
The first floor has a living room with a sectional couch, dining room that seats six and a 1/2 bath. The kitchen is fully equipped including a Keurig. The sliding glass doors from the living room look over the pool, perfect spot for morning coffee or evening cocktail. The second floor has two bedrooms with two full baths (walk in showers no bathtub), a washer and dryer are on this level as well. This villa is equipped with wi-fi, flat screen tv's are in the living room and both bedrooms. All bed linens and bath towels are included, no beach towels, Beach chairs, umbrellas and beach cart are tucked away in the closet under interior stairs for easy access.

Truly, this place lacks nothing. Clean, nicely decorated, lots of space, quiet and perfectly located. We loved being able to enjoy coffee in the balcony in the mornings, walk to the beach and to restaurants and shops which are so close by. A place that we would come back again really.

Fabulous stay

We loved the location, so close to the beach and Coligny shopping. The villa was equipped with everything we needed. The pool was wonderful. We brought our bikes and rode all over the island. Hope to stay here again next summer.

Had a wonderful time at HHI! Location of the villa was close to everything and within walking or biking distance to all the attractions. The villa was beautifully decorated and very clean. Had everything we needed for our stay. Check in process was super easy. Highly recommend!!

Perfect Getaway

This villa is perfect for an easy vacation with everything you need. The beach is a super close walk through Sea Side villas. Having the pool for quieter water time was great. Location is great for either walking around Coligny or short drives to explore the island. The villa was equipped with everything we needed and was quiet even for a holiday week.

Family vacation

We loved our stay! The villa is so clean and comfortable. We loved how close it was to the park, shopping and dining. We walked on the beautiful walking/biking path every morning before hitting the beach. The on site grills are a nice amenity and the pool was clean. Beach chairs, cart and umbrellas are high quality and perfect. We enjoyed our stay, thank you.

We enjoyed the proximity to the beach to go back and forth during the day. Easy in and out of the house. Comfortable and having beach, chairs and umbrellas there already was certainly a plus. Contacted Steve with a few questions, and he got right back to us. Would definitely stay again.

A great place to stay

A repeat visitor to this special place. Why, you ask…. Clean, close to the beach, walking/biking trails and Coligny Plaza. Check in was a breeze, condo had everything we needed. The bullet was a must for the frozen adult beverages.. Just a delightful stay and our host was best. Hoping to be a three time return visitor next year.

Great condo close to beach

Beautiful place that is very comfy and clean. Nice furnishings and pefect for family of four. Pool is right behind the unit and the beach is only a short walk (less than 5 minutes). Coligny Plaza is also just a short walk (less than 10 minutes) away. Owner has great communication and is very responsive. Will definitely stay here again.

Listing as described. Short walk to the beach. Really enjoyed the beach chairs, umbrellas, and wagon that was provided. Very comfortable place. Only thing I would change are the pillows in the master, very hard and flat. Other than that, everything else was great.

We love this unit. It's so spacious and clean. This year our booking fell during the hurricane, so we had to spend a lot of time inside. There was plenty of room for all of us to lounge and watch Little League, do puzzles and just relax while we waited out the storm. We love the onsite grills and the short walk to the beach , park and shops are perfect. Outstanding property, 10/10.

Amazing stay

Very good communications with owner. Nice condo to rent for the week. Easy access to beach through sea villas complex. Cypress Wetlands and Pinckney Island incredible. Nice beaches and good seafood. Great week. The only downside were the rowdy noisy kids up late fri and sat nights. Pool was refreshing on hot days. I really enjoyed my first visit to HHI. The condo was very nicely equipped and decorated. It had everything I needed for the week.

Wonderful location for a young family

We enjoyed 204 tanglewood and especially all the quality beach gear provided. There’s an easy walking path to the newer Celebration Park and green space and to Coligny both 5 minutes or so. Beach is just slightly further but also super easy and less crowded than Coligny. Just know that the pool is not heated if you were expecting it to be, we had a warm April week and water was in the mid 60s. no other gripes, would stay again!

The stay was really nice. Just a couple things we thought could be improved. Electrical outlet was non functional in spare bedroom. Towel rack fell in master bedroom. Ths is just fyi!! Overall state was great

A fair price for the location.

Everything we needed was available to us. Extras like a first aid kit beach chairs, umbrellas made for less things to haul. Unfortunately the cleaning prior to visit could of been better. Small things were noticed. The rugs in bathroom and kitchen could either be cleaned or replaced. Noticed that under the couch, that it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Loved the location.

Look no further!!!

Stop reading reviews and book this place before it’s gone! We thoroughly enjoyed being so close to Coligny Plaza and the beach, yet tucked away for peace and quiet when we wanted it. Everything one could possibly need was within easy walking distance. We literally could have done without a vehicle the entire week. Steve, the owner includes so many thoughtful touches…frosted glasses waiting in the freezer, Yeti thermal cups, beach chairs and cart, plenty of hooks for towels and clothing(a pet peeve of mine that many beach rentals overlook!), full length mirrors, nightlights, flashlights, sunscreen, the list goes on and on! He was very responsive to an issue that we contacted him about and took care of it immediately. Steve also had someone out the very next day to fix a minor maintenance issue that we reported. If we ever make it back to Hilton Head, this is without a doubt the first place we’ll be checking on!
