Starter Amenities: Includes bath towels, toiletries, toilet paper, dish soap, and laundry/dish detergent. These are provided for your arrival but will not be replenished during your stay.

Policies:

No smoking.

No pets.

No trailers, kayaks, or canoes allowed on the property.

Bikes must be secured in the courtyards.

Please do not move furniture between rooms or floors.

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a non-refundable processing fee.

All of our homes receive professional pest control treatment every month. While an occasional bug may find its way inside, the treatments ensure they are short-lived. Please note that the community operates on a set schedule for pest control, so an exterminator visit may occur during your stay. We appreciate your understanding as this helps us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all guests.
