Beautiful home
The home was beautiful and lots of room. Close to the beach like 8 minutes we love that. Check the outlets some of them don’t work.The light outside didn’t help for walking to the car at night was so dark. The beds should not be as hard other then that the place was beautiful and nice I will stay again thanks for sharing your home

Good Location
We have stayed in Shipyard several times. The location of this unit makes it easier to access the main roads to HH. I would suggest refreshing the batteries in the remotes more frequently. Having king size beds was a great feature. Did not correspond with Buddy any during the trip.

Waterford C-5 was absolutely the worst rental unit I have ever experienced! There was little heat downstairs, pots and pans were unusable, coffee pot was broken, and inside the kitchen cupboards was extremely dirty. When the SV office was contacted they supplied new pots/pans and coffee maker and offered to move us to a different location....they were wonderful!

Rent at your own risk
The property is dated, which is fine when everything works. When we arrived we put some things in the refrigerator, the door handle fell off in my wife's hand. The property managers came out and fixed it promptly. Later that night we used the upstairs bathroom sink and couldn't turn it off. It was late so calling the management would have been useless so I had to turn off the valves under the sink to get it to turn off. Called the management company in the morning and they were able to get a plumber out to fix it. One of the burners on the stove wasn't working, I looked at it and found it to be unplugged from its socket, no problem, quick fix. Then we tried to bake some chicken only to find that the oven did not work. We called the management company again but they were unable to do anything about this.
I don't mind the out dated furnishings or the old appliances, but I am renting a place and I expect the stuff there to be working. I asked about any kind of compensation after all of the issues we had over out 3 night stay. The info was "passed on to the owner to work something out" but so far there has been no communication. From them.

Comfy but outdated
We had planned to stay two weeks, but added a third. So in all we became accustomed to the unit and just shrugged - “it is what it is”. It feels like your grandmothers house - comfy but outdated. The location and amenities were great and the end unit spacious and looking over the golf course. That said, the unit itself needs some upgrades. The kitchen was poorly equipped , with various things broken, or just non-functional (door handle on 1980’s fridge kept falling off, the burners on the oven are uneven and one of the elements on the old electric oven sparked In a flame and turned off the circuit (scary!), there were only 2 drinking glasses one of which broke quickly but plenty of wine glasses. No utility knives but a dozen steak knives.
Other issues: patio a screen door wasn’t working but prop mgmt fixed right away; the patio has a round table but no chairs to sit around it; no bbq; when we arrived the house had a bad smell of must and urine (pet?) - we bought scented candles and opened all the windows; the closet in primary bedroom is full of items making it difficult to hang clothes; the washroom tap handle keep falling off, no stereo but an old portable which didn’t work: tv ancient - no Netflix etc, washer/dryer sticking out into the hallway; and we couldn’t get the fireplace to work.
I think the rental price reflects some of this, but if you are looking for contemporary, designer accoms this won’t be for you.

Great Location!
Nice town house. It had all the amenities we needed. Great location for bike riding, beach going, golfing or shopping. We were there for the St. Patricks Day Parade which was also just down the street near a couple of good Irish restaurants!

Rental we stayed in was great
Due to unforeseen circumstances we were moved to a different rental upon arrival. It was an upgrade. They made things right before we arrived. The rental we ended up in was in a great location, great views of the golf course. Didn’t really use the kitchen or extra bedrooms since there was only 2 of us. The carpet could use a good cleaning or be replaced but would definitely rent from this group again.
