Escape to your new favorite place on Hilton Head! Shorewood Villas continue to be a perfect destination for repeat guests year after year and unit 436 is at the top! The beautiful landscaped common areas, the zero entry pool, hot tub and kiddie pool all with nice bathroom facilities are among some of the reasons that guest return to Shorewood.
This complex is on the ocean in the heart of it all near Coligny Plaza. Walk to shops & restaurants, you may never have to get in your car the whole trip!
You have more than enough space in this 2 bedroom/2 bath condo up on the 4th Floor. The master King bedroom has great views and your own entrance to the patio plus the master bath has a nice large walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a queen & twin with a bathroom that has a nice updated tub/shower combo. There is also a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.
The Kitchen is stocked and you have anything you would need to cook a meal, updated and clean.
The Living Room is perfect for gathering in front of the 55" inch Flat Screen. Your balcony has spectacular ocean views of the Atlantic Ocean. Shorewood 436 has all the comforts of home, wireless internet and flat screen TVs.

Condo was exactly as advertised. Very clean. 2 large bedrooms, 2 baths a large family area and decent kitchen. The condo was stocked with everything we needed. The location is perfect. A great pool and a private boardwalk to the beach. The beach area is typically just families in the complex so not as crowded as the public beach sections down the street. An easy walk or bike to Coligny Plaza. A closet FULL of beach gear was a fun surprise.

Property was in a great location. Quick and easy walk to the beach. We have 3 little ones so it wasnt a hassle to walk back up to the room. We loved that the owner had a beach wagon, chairs, beach toys, etc. It made everything so much easier for us. We would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved the location and views, checkin and check out process was great! The only complaint I have is that the condo was not cleaned very well
jelly was all over the drawer handles and splatters of something all over above the cabinets and on kitchen ceiling, bathroom vanity drawers were also dirty inside
I really do hate to complain but we have stayed at Shorewood for the last 4 years and have never had an issue but this was the dirtiest that we have stayed in thus far, I just feel for the price it should be clean

Property overall is great. Great location(beachfront, close to shops and restaurants, central island location), great pool, and well manicured property. Inside the unit was spacious and, for the most part, clean. Furniture is different than pictures, but nice. I would stay here again if travelling to HHI.

We really enjoyed our stay at Shorewood! Great location and weather. The place was perfect for location at Hilton Head and the weather was nice. The only downside was the house could have been cleaner and the hot tub wasn’t working for most of our stay. We would definitely come back for another stay. Thanks for having us!

The view was absolutely beautiful. The property, pool, access to the beach and of course the beach itself could not be beat! The cleaning service could do a little better on mirrors and floors especially, otherwise the condo was very clean and had everything we needed to have a wonderful vacation! Condo is stocked with everything you need. Walking distance to many shops and restaurants in Coligny Plaza. Fantastic, unobstructed beach front view! I would like to see a higher level of cleaning due to COVID (lint on the counter, article of clothing in washer). Would stay here again!

5 Star Condo

My family and I visit HHI once a year. Colgny Plaza is my favorite area to stay, shopping, restaurants and ice cream shops! The location of the condo was great, a nice quick walk to Colgny plaza and steps to the ocean. The condo was beautiful and very clean, it had everything we needed. This property is well maintained and looking down from the balcony, the landscaping looks like you are in the Caribbean. The condo has a beautiful view from the master bedroom and balcony, it over looks the grounds, pool and ocean. We had plenty of space for our family. The management team was very responsive, friendly and professional! Check in and check out process was super easy! Highly recommend Shorewood condos. Can’t wait to come back!

Such a great space for our family of five. We really enjoyed the amenities at Shorewood as well. The construction the last day was a bit noisy, but that would be my only complaint. We’d definitely consider staying here again. So convenient to everything.

Condo had everything we needed for our family of five! Great views from the balcony and master bedroom. Kitchen is well-stocked with plates, utensils, pots, etc. TVs were nice and WiFi worked well. Easy parking. Pool was closed due to COVID-19 restrictions but the property grounds looked nice. Great location, convenient to restaurants and shopping. We hope to return!
