Staff was wonderfully helpful, rooms small but standard size for Japan. Amenities were great and breakfast was delicious, don't forget to ask + pay for the breakfast voucher at the front desk before heading to the restaurant! Did not try the onsen here, but imagine it's quite good if it matches the standards of the hotel.

The price was amazing for what you get. I was concerned about the room size but it was spacious and comfortable for my family of 4. The amenity bar in the lobby provided everything we needed and they gave us a super cute kid amenity set upon check in. The staff was accommodating and kindly allowed us an additional hour for check out since a couple of my family members were feeling sick. They offered umbrellas as we exited since it was raining. A small thing that bothered me was that the staff would let me start the check in process until 3pm. My husband was feeling sick and we had to wait in the lobby. She would even let me fill out the hotel registration. So at 3pm, there was now a line to check in which caused a longer wait. It wouldn't have been a big deal if my husband wasn't feeling sick but we really wanted to get to our room ASAP. At 3, we checked in at the front desk and went straight to our room which was lovely. I loved the use of space and the large bathroom. I stayed 2 separate one night stays and the 2n time, the front desk agent let me begin the check in process before 3pm, however, they did not provide a kid amenity this time. They held out luggage for us while we went to Miyajima overnight. They were prompt to bring our luggage out when we returned for that 2nd stay. The coffee shop on the ground florlor was excellent too. I would totally stay here again and if fact, would be interested in trying their other properties around Japan.

The hotel is strategically placed, within walking distance of the Hiroshima Station. There are also 2 convenience stores across the road. The room is also roomy & comfortable, with a table & 2 chairs.

Helpful pleasant staff! Thank you! Very clean hotel. Large wonderful bathroom! Close to train station and food. Walkable to attraction and shopping! Walked to Hiroshima Toyo Carps Baseball game at the Mazda Zoom Zoom Stadium! Loved the Komeda breakfast to start the day! Laundry machines worked perfectly. Will definitely stay here again!!

Pro: Prime location! Right next to Hiroshima station (just 2-3 mins walk to the station). Room was nice and clean, huge bed for solo traveler, basically got everything you need and super friendly & helpful staff. There's a Lawson and 7-11 across the street. Breakfast is served till 11 am (this is rare as most JP hotels usually stop serving breakfast at 9:30) and you can purchase a breakfast voucher at the front desk. Cons: The room was relatively small - I could not lay my luggage flat on the floor as it'd blocked the hall way. The public bath was always full of people and only open till 1am. Check out time is 10am unlike other hotel which is 11 am
