We booked three nights here and checked out after one night to stay elsewhere. When we checked in there were 2 cots in the lobby with people sleeping on them. We booked the family quad room and it smelt very mildewed and there were stains all over the sofa. Staff tried to tell us it was a reflection from the lights but you could tell that wasn’t the case. Breakfast ended at 10am and I arrived at 955. I k ot wanted toast with butter and the toaster was already turned off. When I turned it on and placed bread in it the staff came over and rudely unplugged it.

This hotel is in good location so close to market and shopping and other things, has a nice (small) roof top pool and bar open in afternoon. Room quiet but had an awful musty mouldy smell in the room. No window not a goood idea. Breakfast was ok nothing special. Family room nice and big. Only bad feedback is smelly room.

Whilst the hotel location is exceptional, my room had an unbearable stench of mould and dampness and with no window no ventilation, it was actually uninhabitable. I asked for a room change and they would not accommodate this and brought someone up to spray the room with air freshener, I had to leave my hotel door open when I was not sleeping so I got some fresh air. I woke up every morning with a sore throat from breathing the air. This was certainly a health and safety risk.

First time to HCMC and manage to book this hotel which promises the great amenities and food . And it is all true , staffs are friendly and kind and room is clean too . They even provide free breakfast during your stay ! It will be my go to stay for future trip to Saigon !❤️

Chúng tôi rất bỡ ngỡ khi trở về Sài Gòn và may mắn là chúng tôi được ở đây. Tất cả đều làm chúng tôi hài lòng ,đặc biệt là sự thân thiện và nhiệt tình của các nhân viên ở đây , từ nhân viên tiếp tân Vinh , các nhân viên như Nam , Huy , Cường , cô Lý , và các nhân viên phục vụ bữa sáng cho khách đều rất nhiệt tình và phục vụ rất tốt . Chúng tôi đặc biệt ấn tượng với sự giúp đõ của nhân viên tên Nam vì một sự cố đã xảy ra cho chúng tôi vì bị thông báo sai về giờ bay , và bạn Nam đã Nam đã tận tình giúp đỡ cho chúng tôi check out đúng giờ . Chắc chắn chúng tôi sẽ quay lại đây nếu có dịp trở về Sài Gón và đương nhiên sẽ đề nghị nơi này cho bạn bè của chúng tôi nếu họ có dịp về Việt Nam và ghé thăm Sài Gòn .

rooms were fine exept not enough hanging space for clothing, a/c worked fine great shower allways hot water nice pool on top of hotel very clean. central location you can walk to market and restaurants. breakfast a bit boring only one corn flakes cerial never changed we were there for 14 nights otherwise eggs and toast . lots of chinese food but not for westeners. would stay there again no problems

The staff were friendly. The location was close to everything I needed (markets, museum, saigon center). The room was good. Bed was comfortable. The only thing I didnt like was breakfast was always busy and tables not always available (had to eat in foyer once).
