A beautifully clean and very nicely furnished room. Especially the soft bed rounds off the stay. The view is really a huge plus and is especially impressive at night. Communication was usually very quick and uncomplicated. The host also helps you find the accommodation if you have any problems.

The reception area is very large and welcoming. The staff will try to please as much as possible and speak perfect english At the entrance, there is a taxi stand and doormen will usher you into a waiting taxi after taking your instructions on where you want to go and pass it on to the driver.

I am impressed with the hotel right from entering the lobby till the room. Very Japanese design, spacious, clean, with mini pantry area and bathtub. The welcome chocolate also nice! Most suitable for work travel and as well as holiday. If you are on holiday and you want to go to tourist area like Ben Thant - slight far to walk , but hey u can take the taxi. I will definitely recommend to others and most importantly I will stay again in this hotel if i come back to HCMC in the future.

We travel here yearly and stay at the hotel for two weeks. There is a great breakfast assortment and the staff at the breakfast buffet are all very friendly. In the lobby the staff are all very kind and have a great attitude. Sam is the concierge and can help you out and will find you any bookings you need to complete. She sourced and helped me rent a scooter for several days. I think the bellmen are very nice, they have great smiles and are warm. When I come here I always extend my stay. I like being able to have breakfast at the hotel, the access to the gym is included to keep your healthy life going strong. The housecleaning staff for the rooms are the most kind people as well. They know how to pick people with good attitude.
