This property is not expected to be a 5 stars hotel. Everything are deteriorated, gym equipments are out of date and broken. I saw a big rat running around my room. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

The front desk staff was very very helpful. I did not get the guy’s name, but he was very kind and thorough and we discussed customer service. He was very smart. I will definitely stay there again. The people are what makes the difference. Also, the food and beverage upstairs was good and clean and very service orientated

The Hotel is outdated , hallway is smell of the old rugs and dark and the humidity is made even worse, because the hotel had an open styles for the hallway so when you open your room you will facing the hot, humid weather, it’s was very noisy if they had some events, if you want a nice relaxing hotel this is not the one!
