Spacious rooms

Apartment rooms are great for families. Our regular room was large, but bathroom was very cramped. The tubs are purposely set not plumb to walls, so if you stand to shower water flows onto floor. But no worries- there is a floor drain outside of tub.

Bad reception

While booking the hotel on expedia i had no problem where the issue came about was whrn checking in. Upon checking in to the hotel the receptionist were very rude and had told me and my fiance that there was no reservation. Furthermore, even after we showed the reservation they denied the fact that they had a room at the price. After deciding not to stay the receptionist and i presume it was their family members started yelling at us

なぜ私物を勝手に捨てるのですか？

持参した自分の歯ブラシを勝手に捨てられた！ 持参したシャネルの石鹸を勝手に捨てられた！ 持参したスターバックスのクリスマス記念プラカップを勝手に捨てられた！ シアトルパイクプレイスのスターバックス本店で買ったプラカップ紛失のクレームを付けたが、ここのスタッフは全員英語が理解できないので言いたいことが伝わらない！聞いても笑っているだけ。 ベトナム人にはこのプラカップが使い捨てのカップに見えるのだろうか？ 世界中あちらこちらに持参しているがこんな悲しい経験は初めて。 それもまもなくクリスマス一年目を迎える間際の悲しい事件。 スタッフは日本語が判らないので付近の日本語カラオケの女性に通訳を依頼する始末。 勝気なカラオケ女性も日本語が理解出来ず、英語も理解出来ず全く対応ができない。 結局ゴミと一緒に捨てた。既に回収されたので戻って来ない。。と身振り手振りで伝えられる。。謝りの言葉さえない。。 チェックアウトの時に個人所有物を間違えて捨てた謝りがあるかと期待したが全く謝りの言葉もない。期待ハズレのサービスである。 このホテルの一階入り口に置いてある冷蔵庫の中にはスタッフの食べかけの食品も含め沢山の食べ物が入っていて気持ちが悪い。 このホテルの備品は比較的良いと感じるが、スタッフに対して、ホテルのスタッフとしての従業員教育が全くなされていないように感じた。 誰が社長？誰が責任者？全く不明。 問題発生の責任は誰が負う？全く不明。 次回の宿泊時に改良されている事を期待したい。

地理位置優越，熱水夠，有窗，空間不會太小，但兩天住宿沒有整理房間，check out 時又發生搞不清楚已經付錢的情況，房型也跟網頁敘述有落差。
