Request immediate refund for non-use. Please do not posted as unused room. I waited for a room that I could not use for more than an hour. Please don't post it because there is no room. It was impossible to cancel it because I made a reservation for the day. Please give me a refund as soon as possible.
It took us an hour to check-in as the phone number on the booking confirmation was no longer in use so we couldnât contact the owner. Reception had no idea which apartment we were supposed to be in and didnât have any contact details for Stephen either. We finally got in touch and were shown to our apartment after an hour of waiting, which was not a good start to our trip. The room was missing a kettle and cutlery, the TV didnât work and had the wrong remote control, and the dryer didnât work properly. After another 45 minutes trying to contact Stephen again, he arrived and showed us to another apartment that had the missing items. The apartment itself was nice and having a pool was great, although it does get very busy in the afternoon. The surrounding area has lots of shops and restaurants, plus a 7/11 underneath the building. Weâve told Hotels.com the contact details are incorrect but they say itâs the hostâs responsibility to update them and will not change them so be aware you may have difficulty checking in.
