Best location in HCMC

The apartment is located in a modern, beautiful tower that is arguably the best location in Ho Chi Minh City. Close to the Opera House, shopping, and the Hyatt, the Continental and the Rex hotels among other landmarks. So easy to find coffee and good food within walking distance. The tower has a very nice rooftop pool with excellent views of the city. The apartment itself was very relaxing and met our needs. If you wish to be in D1, this is the place.

Well-located, Spacious District 1 Apartment

The property is staffed 24/7, professional. Easy to get a grab/transport similar to any hotel. Large waiting room with friendly door/security staff. Limited English, but was not a problem.Rooftop pool was a highlight of the property. While the weather may have been a deterrent (24-28c), we were often the only group leveraging the huge infinity pool w/impressive views.The unit was as described with a large kitchen, balcony & ample social area. The laundry machine worked well & all air conditioners were functioning. The TVs were streaming-ready & Internet was adequate for any task. We found the floors to be a bit dusty, but nothing remarkable otherwise. Fresh linens / towels. The kitchen was not well-appointed for eating at home with a large group, but we made so with disposable cutlery from takeaway.Hosts were responsive & congenial. Our request for extra towels was promptly answered.Overall, a very nice apartment in the heart of the HCMC action. Would book again (group of 6).
