We were disappointed in our stay here. The room we were given (“Family Triple Room, Garden View”) did not match the website’s description or photos. We asked if we could switch to another room but the only vacant option had not been cleaned. Our room lacked a balcony and separate seating area as included in the description. The bathroom was gross with only a rudimentary handheld shower that didn’t match the photos. The “soundproofing” was non existent, you could hear conversations from nearby bars in restaurants until late at night. This place has more of a home stay vibe than an actual hotel. The host was very friendly but communication was difficult. We had friends stay in a different hotel nearby for the same price but had much nicer accommodations. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this place and especially not our room type.

Everything stood out, the STAFF were amazing and caring people. The location close to all. The food wonderful. Room comfortable quiet and spacious and very clean. Such an accommodating staff for your every need. We highly recommend this hotel. Small, quiet, close to all, clean. Just great!

The hotel is very cozy and cute. The rooms are comfortable and have the essential amenities. You feel like traveling back in time as the house has this feeling with its doors and windows made out of wood. The breakfast is plentiful.

Everything was wonderful and the owner was so helpful. She had scooters delivered to us at hotel to use, showed us where to buy best priced fuel to not get overcharged as tourists. Property is lovely, surrounded in natural Beuty and the buildings had beautiful architecture. Just a lovely place to stay!

Best spot to stay in Tam Coc! We stayed here for 4 nights at room 223 . The location is just on the outskirts of “downtown” quiet and peaceful, but walking distance (5-10min) to anything in town. We were able to rent motorbikes for the days here for such an affordable price. The bed was comfortable, sheets were clean, and the hot water and water pressure were fantastic. I saw negative reviews about bugs, but they seemed to solve that problem as well didn’t have any. The view alone should sway anyone yes to stay here. It’s a mom and pop type of business , the owner and staff were super helpful and nice!

Unfortunately we happened to be in Tam Coc when the typhoon hit, although that was an experience in itself. However, the owner was absolutely brilliant and is such a lovely lady, nothing is too much trouble. Tam Coc is absolutely lovely, as is the hotel. Because we were only there for three nights and two of those were affected by the typhoon we are definitely going to go back to experience Tam Coc and when we do we will make sure we stay here. It's in a lovely spot by the river and is only a 10 minute walk to the main street although having said that there are some really nice restaurants very close by. We will have absolutely no hesitation in returning back here, it is an absolute gem of a hotel.

Little Tam Coc Village is a peaceful and charming homestay surrounded by stunning rice fields and limestone mountains. The rooms are clean and cozy, and the atmosphere is quiet and relaxing. The hosts are incredibly kind and welcoming, making you feel right at home. It’s the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of Tam Coc—I highly recommend it!

Super cute layout; rooms instagramable staff help arrange driver for excursions he was kind and offered ice cold water afterwards, we were so thankful for that. Overall a we had best location for seeing everything. Bike rentals and breakfast was available.

Peaceful getaway in Tam Coc

I had such a great time here. Ha was incredibly helpful and accommodating. She helped me book my tours and gave me recommendations. The place was very comfortable and peaceful. There are a couple of good restaurants nearby and the town center is just an 8 minute walk (very safe). I highly recommend!

Such a wonderful homestay. The staff was so friendly, and the homestay is so cute. Located in a convenient area of Tam Coc, so the restaurants are close by. Would definitely recommend.

The place is quiet and amongst nature. Rooms are big and super comfy. The staff is very courteous and helpful. I'd recommend taking a bike or scooter from them and going to fields around at sunset or sunrise. Worth it

Lovely stay! Really close to all the restaurants in Tam Coc while giving us a feeling of being quite remote. Rented bikes and scooters from the hotel which made our trip super special. Ha also arranged the most delicious breakfast for the day we had to check out early. Nothing was too much trouble. The whole team were really friendly!

Loved our stay at Little TamCoc. Such a quaint home stay. Well decorated, clean. Breakfast options simple and delicious. The staff (Ha) and the owner (Xuân), were very helpful with transportation and advice. So quiet but yet close to many dining options snd stores. Would stay there again. Try the restaurant 2 doors down (Chezloan). Food a drinks there were delicious and atmosphere and staff were excellent.
