The check in experience was subpar. I went to my floor and heard a dog yapping non-stop and I only wanted to go to sleep. Went downstairs to request a new room and was assigned to a new room where there was Someone already in the room. As the manager and I was walking away, there was a am. Screaming at someone on the phone. I won’t be staying there again.

We had 3 rooms for our stay. One room, the toliet was running all night and the shower was running all night and the sing plunger was stuck down. Another one of our rooms the shower curtain was moldy and the lamp shade had blood splattered all over it. Gross!

In my inconvenience at having to stay at a hotel due to home repairs. My experience at the Comfort INN has been welcoming. Most of this new staff is very pleasant. I had a few hiccups regarding a issue with my mother about breakfast which was resolved but at the end of it's about respecting you and making sure to keep the property clean which is expected. ping prop

It was ok. Front desk person when i checked in eas kinda rude. Had a dry sense of humor but was ok. Didnt have to much more interaction after that. But there was 1/2 bottle of used shampoo in my bathroom. Of the ones the hotel is supposed to provide. I wont be staying there again.
