There was some mould in the grout in the shower, and I could hear the person upstairs stomping around all night which I have not had before, could have been that I was on the ground floor and in an older part of the hotel. I do like the wool store and will stay again, I might ask for a different type of room. Staff are lovely!

The rooms were not consistently cleaned well as some days, beds were not made or toiketries were not top up. I love the spacious room and we took the attached room for our daughter but the main doors were faulty so we were unable to have both our rooms opened. Location if the hotelis excellent. Ti get luggages in and out if lift was tricky as the alignment was a little off.

Nice, as well as Jam Packed

The stay was wonderful for one night as we were going to another destination. The only miscommunication was the time of the restaurant closing. My partner read closing for breakfast was 10:30 and when we got there we were told it was closing at 10:00. Ended up being fine because we ate at a place just up the relax called Jam Packed. It was a wonderful breakfast and a very cool place to go!!!

We have stayed here twice on visits to Tassie and would do so again. Close to everything and having parking is convenient. Staff were professional, friendly and helpful. Recommend if staying on an upper floor with kids, consider those beneath you when running up and down in your room. Otherwise a great place to stay.

LIKE = Close to elevator DISLIKE = Close to building site (7am jack hammering and reversing beepers - MON to SAT) Is close to Royal Hobart Hospital (That's the tall building with the HELIPAD on top - medevac helos busy at 1am) - ambo sirens on busy highway 24/7
