We were very happy with our stay at Greentree Inn, Holbrook AZ. This is the second time we haved stayed there and will stay there again if needed. We really appreciated that they honored our request for the bottom floor due to being elderly. Most places won’t assign rooms until you arrive, thank you Greentree Inn. Only problem we had was the hair dryer did not work.

Room was great. Bathroom needed some attention. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom door wouldn't latch closed and there was hair leftover from a previous guest.

There was a horrible tapping noise in the wall. It sounded like a refrigerator was running and the tv didnt work.

This was a quick stop through, thank gosh. If we could have cancel and got a different hotel we would have, the bed is hard. Room was nasty. Toliet had not been cleaned. No one cares when calling office. Trash along walk ways. Housekeeping walk right past it.

I reserved the room in one town and you gave me a reservation in a town 55 miles away.. got the room to take a shower and after getting in the tub in the morning come to find out there's no soap or body wash. Not to mention the bathtub needs replaced. Horrible experience

I rarely leave reviews, even when the experience isn’t great—I understand that running a hotel or motel isn’t easy. However, what really pushed me to write this is the incredibly disappointing breakfast at this place. There was nothing hot offered. No eggs, no ham, not even something as basic as a pancake maker. Just cold cereal, a few pieces of bread, and that's it. I’ve stayed in many hotels and motels across the U.S., and I’ve never encountered such a bare-bones breakfast setup. If you're going to advertise breakfast, it should at least meet a minimal standard. This felt misleading and frankly, a bit insulting to guests.
