Overall a great experience. Car broke down and was not a planned stay. Front desk employee working during the day was fantastic. She offered to help me in assisting as to where my car was located. Had it towed in for work but wasnt sure where car was located for service. Showed concern and worked to solve issue for me. Room was clean, quite, and affordable. Nice surprise as this wasnt our destination

Professional, friendly staff and clean room.

After checking in I had a bit of trouble getting my room key cards to work. Sergio re-swiped the cards and then went with me to my room to make sure I got in this time. Professional and friendly staff! Very clean room and quiet, even though the Quality Inn is near I-40 & the railroad. It’s just a short drive to Petrified Forest National Park.

The staff at the desk was very helpful and accommodating. We asked for a lower level room, later in the evening when we checked in and she made arrangements. We appreciated her kindness. They do use a room freshener that was quite apparent. While it made the room seem fresh, it was really overpowering for me.
