All rooms are located on one floor. There is a primary bedroom with a queen bed, a guest room with 2 twin beds, kitchen with an eating area and living room with comfy seating and tv provide all the space you need for a home base while exploring this popular vacation destination.

Enjoy the attached porch and yard space with gas grill and outside dining table. Rent bikes locally and take advantage of the miles of bike trails along the lakeshore. Rent kayaks and paddleboards and explore the Lake Macatawa shoreline. Pack up for a day at the beach and visit Holland State Park or nearby Tunnel Park. Head to award-winning downtown Holland after a day in the sun and enjoy the wide array of dining, shopping, and entertainment options. Don't forget to visit the Holland Farmer's Market every Wednesday and Saturday, and the Street Performers series on Thursday evenings.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancel within 48 hours of making your reservation at no charge.
- Cancel 30 days or more in advance, and receive a full refund.
- Cancel 14 days in advance, and receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds for cancellations less than 14 days in advance of reservation start date.

There are no refunds for early departures, reduction of nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.

MANAGEMENT
This property is managed locally by BVW Unsalted Vacations Property Management in Holland, MI. We provide all professionally laundered linens, bath and beach towels, and a starter supply of paper and cleaning products along with emergency maintenance services.
