We adhere to strict cleaning and disinfecting requirements in accordance with CDC guidelines. All towels and sheets are 100% cotton and washed in hot water with bleach and dried on high heat... Very clean and very comfortable. Self check-in is super easy.

Each of our three suites can enjoy their large private outdoor patio facing the beautiful backyard and located less than one block from a general convenience store which stocks numerous amenities, snacks and convenience items.

The Sunrise Cottage Suite offers two generous bed rooms with comfortable hand made queen-size pine beds, large closets, plus a comfortable pull-out sofa in the living room.

Sunrise cottage did not disappoint!! This was the perfect location for a girls weekend. Our cottage was immaculate and outfitted with everything we needed. A beautiful walk to downtown, we shopped till we dropped-next year we will take advantage of the amazing bonfire John started for his guests!

Super clean, lovely cottage. Easy check-in/check-out. Owner started a fire in the fire pit for us one night - really nice! As someone with animal allergies, really appreciate that this place is pet-free - those rentals are getting harder and harder to find.Overall, outstanding experience. Hope to return!

First impression was CLEAN. The rooms were well appointed with two side night tables/lamps and large closet with hangers. The bed was comfortable with very soft sheets and a cooling comforter - a variety of pillows and extra blankets were available. The kitchen has everything guests need to cook in or out (each cottage has its own BBQ and cleaning tools.) The living area is comfortable with TV. Picnic table out back by BBQ. The garage also has a picnic table for bad weather - garage is well lit with a fan. The firepit and seating area is large and the property is well maintained with very nice landscaping for privacy from the street in back. The village of Saugatuck and the marina are a pleasant walk or quick drive down the street.

Our stay in Sunrise cottage was perfect. Our family rented two cottages for a wedding weekend. It was our first time to the area and we were thrilled with the location. Easy walk to coffee and groceries, right across the street from paved walk/bike path for easy and delightful access to historic Saugatuck and beyond. We rented bikes literally two blocks away and hardly drove anywhere. John was so responsive ahead of our visit and on site he provided such nice little services such as a fire in the fire pit and fresh cut hydrangeas from the garden. So lovely! The fire pit is surrounded by lush garden and was our evening activity the whole visit. Just perfect! The renovation of these small homes includes a terrific garage-turned-dining area with pretty lighting that really extends the living space. And a small downstairs room allowed our 5th guest privacy to dress, etc. The bathroom was small for 5 of us, no question, but we made it work. The shower was terrific with ample hot water. Between the bedrooms was a built in cabinet, counter, two power outlets, a huge mirror and good light for us to use to get ready. So we weren’t depending on the bathroom mirror. The closets also have mirror doors. The queen beds are very comfortable and our 6’4” son managed the sofa bed just fine. We are already considering a return trip and would stay here again in a heartbeat. Two thumbs up with gratitude!

We really enjoyed our stay! It was conveniently located to downtown Saugatuck and had several restaurants within walking distance. The bike/walking path right across the street was an added plus. Everything was great at this vrbo! VERY clean and well maintained. The little touches of signs and suggestions were incredibly appreciated! The amenities were super cool with games in the basement, a huge fire pit with chairs to sit around, and a grill if you wanted to cook. The convenience of it being right down the road from downtown Saugatuck made it even better! Overall my three day stay was great! I will definitely save this place for future stays!!

The cleanliness of the cottage suites was impressive and much appreciated, as my daughter is highly allergic to cats /dogs. The communication with the owner was excellent and very prompt!

Property updated. Very cute cottage and clean. Had all the amenities needed, kitchen fully stocked with small appliances and utensils. Nice seating and outdoor area. Very well kept.

Amazing place in an amazing spot!

I loved everything about my stay. I did not know what to expect, never having been to Michigan. I was blown away by how spacious and nice the cottage was! I was also very satisfied in Saugatuck as a town, and the beaches around. This cottage is in a great location, less than 15min from the town and good beaches. My host John was very tentative, even started complimentary fires at the fireplace for us to enjoy! Overall, this place was awesome and the town and beaches in my opinion were better than some down south! Definitely recommend staying here.
