The 4-star premium house Herbstprinz 331 is only available once in the holiday village - a real half-timbered house with approx. 105 m² of living and usable space. The autumn prince can be occupied by up to 7 people (+1 toddler in travel cot) and is located in the absolutely car-free part of our beautiful holiday village - quiet outskirts overlooking a water and an old fruit farm. The house has a modern, attractive and upscale facilities, as it was renovated at the end of 2016 and refurbished. On the ground floor there is a utility room (with wardrobe, washing machine, dryer and exit to the terrace), a bathroom (shower / WC), the games room (with games, books, Playstation ...) and the spacious living / dining room (access to the terrace) furnished terrace) with comfortable seating area, spacious dining table and adjoining kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, fridge / freezer, microwave and dishwasher) with a small bistro table. Access to the furnished terrace from the living room. From the covered entrance you also get into the outer storeroom. Upstairs there is a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds, a bedroom with 3 single beds and another bathroom (shower / WC). All bedrooms, the living room and the games room have a flat-screen TV. For the luggage transport is located in the storage room a wagon.
