The chalet is located in the charming village of Hollersbach, beautifully situated in the Salzach Valley in Salzburgerland. The village offers everything for a carefree stay: cosy restaurants, various shops and a beautiful swimming lake. Famous places such as Zell am See, Kaprun and Kitzbühel are nearby, so you can always discover something new.

In winter, you step directly into the Panoramabahn from Hollersbach to the KitzSki (Kitzbühel/Kirchberg) ski resort, with no less than 188 kilometers of perfectly groomed slopes. From the legendary Streif to wide practice slopes - there is plenty of choice for every level of ability. The ski resort Wildkogel-Arena, with 75 kilometers of snow-assured slopes and the longest floodlit toboggan run in the world, is also just a few minutes away.

In summer, Hollersbach transforms into a true outdoor paradise. The Panoramabahn takes you up to 1,892 meters in 12 minutes, where endless hiking trails and panoramic views await. For cyclists and mountain bikers, there are numerous options such as the Tauernradweg, one of Austria's most beautiful cycling routes, directly through the valley, challenging mountain bike trails in the Kitzbühel Alps and relaxed e-bike routes along the Salzach, with plenty of charging points along the way.
