This corner condo is on the 2nd floor, which gives you the unobstructed panoramic view of the lake. There is an elevator in the center of the building. Experience an easy loading and unloading handicap ramp located at the end of the building. Handicap parking is also available. If you choose not to use the elevator, there are only 9 steps to the condo from the parking, which is right in front of the condo building.

Winter months at our condo are very serene, quiet, and relaxing. It is a quality, spacious home away from home to read, play games, catch up with friends, veg out and watch those movies you've been wanting to see. The beautiful lake is right there, full and magnificent. We love watching the lake change colors and textures depending on the sun and air. We always see a few fishing boats out in Jan. and Feb. Of course a get-a -way of about 10 minutes to Branson Landing for some shopping and or supper out, is always a pleasure.

MARCH BEGINS THE SPRING SEASON WITH THE BUDS beginning to come out and that means more boating on the calmer waters of the lake. People love to fish! Its still a quiet, beautiful, and peaceful condo on the lake. The shows about 10 minutes drive are opening up even more from the winter schedule. So much to do for every member of your party, whether, relaxing and taking in the View, fishing, going to attractions, or all the above!

Scenic Getaway

This beautiful condo overlooking Table Rock lake was the perfect getaway for our first-ever trip to Branson. We were close enough to get to the shows/activity in town (@15 minutes away) and far enough to enjoy the beauty and quiet of the Ozark area. The condo has spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, fantastic balcony, plenty of room inside to eat and socialize. It truly is a home-away from-home! Highly recommend this unit in a secure, gated community if you want to enjoy the peaceful nature of Branson while having the option to get into town without any difficulty.

Amazing view!

Walking into this condo one feels like you’ve just come home. Its very beautifully decorated with plush carpeting, remodeled bathrooms, comfy beds and a view of the lake that is unbelievable! We enjoy having coffee in the morning on the deck and drinks in the evening. This condo is conveniently located to the University of the Ozarks and their Keeter Center. And not far from all of the Branson attractions..We love it. We will go back again!

Wonderful Trip / Great Condo

My wife and I stayed for our anniversary and we loved this condo. Bob and Marla were very responsive to all our correspondence. Lots of windows with a wonderful view of the lake from the living room, kitchen and dining room. Sitting on the patio looking at the lake each day was very relaxing and felt nice and secluded as you couldn't really see any other buildings around you. The only thing I could have wished for is to have stayed longer. Thank you for sharing your condo with us. We would love staying here again.

Very convenient place when you bring your boat but without trailer parking with boat next to marina did not allow parking as well this was the only problem I had other than that it is a fantastic place to stay and will book again!!!!!

Unreliable owner/Billing process

Owner charged extra for things renter was not responsible for: We rented this condo for two days while our kitchen was being remodeled. We are a retired couple in our sixties. After checking out we were notified the condo smelled of smoke. We are not smokers so we told the owners that this couldn’t be true. We were then told that the “trusted and long term cleaner” told them the entire condo reeked of marijuana. While our family and friends had quite a laugh over this absurd accusation, we feel frustrated and DECIEVED. How do you prove that someone is lying about an odor?! The owners claimed they had to rent a “air cleaner/filter” to “clear the air, carpet, furniture, and walls”. We asked for a receipt to document this rental. The document that was provided was not a receipt for an air cleaner/filter rental, but a list of cleaning tasks, wiping down walls, using odoban, using a dehumidifier (which does not remove smoke odor) and additional 40 minutes getting room cleaned, none of which can be substantiated. The receipt merely documented the “trusted and long term cleaner” who made the false allegations “wanted us to pay an extra arbitrary amount for 40 minutes to remove the alleged odor. This cleaning technique seems highly unlikely to resolve what the cleaner had described. Our impression is that either the owners are untrustworthy/unreliable, or the “trusted long term cleaner” is taking advantage of their employer. Renters beware!
