Perfect for Families

We planned a family reunion for my mother’s 85th birthday and this property was absolutely perfect for the entire family. There was enough space for all 16 members and something to do for all ages. We will definitely be back!

Good Stay

Overall as described. Nice place. As in other reviews the couch and furniture on the main level is in bad need of replacement. Seating is rather limited for large groups. Couple drains are slow, bed frames squeaky, stuff like that. Pool was nice, plenty of refrigerator space, 2 dishwashers. Would stay again

One bedroom upstairs had wind coming through making it cold to sleep. Having two dishwasher was great but one had trouble releasing the pod. So had to run twice. Otherwise the it was great. The grandkids loved the pool. The house was close to everything

Amazing Christmas vacation with large family

Was the perfect home for a large family- loved having 2 fridges and dishwashers! Swimming pool was a hit with the littles! Home was somewhat clean- few little things that could’ve been cleaner but it’s a large home so I can see how things could be missed! Couch in main living desperately needs to be replaced along with chairs- just in poor condition to begin with - I was worried about any little movement would tear them! Otherwise- well worth the money! Perfect location-close to attractions and Walmart!

Great place for a big family of people of all ages!

We stayed 5 days/nights! Christmas in Branson was beautiful and the house was perfect for our family! We had plenty of room and everyone was comfortable. The only things I feel could be improved was the pots and pans! Beds were comfy and the amenities were great! Maybe more towels in each room! The hot water wasn’t really hot, but that could be due to how many people we had bathing each night. Overall, the house was perfect and we really enjoyed our stay! House is beautiful.

Winter getaway

This cabin was perfect for our large group with plenty of space to accommodate us. The kids loved the inside pool and we all loved the ping pong table as well as the community pickleball court. Would definitely stay here again in the future!

Lovely Place .. great location!

We traveled to Branson with our couples group. Fourteen of us stayed here very nicely! The bedrooms were all good size with their own baths. The deck is very big and kitchen easily accommodated. The home inside is decorated simply but very tasteful and the location was great! Our group loved having pickleball so close and the pools are so nice and handy! We had a little trouble with the hot tub but it was taken care of right away. Overall lovely place! We would rent it again!

Highly recommend!

We were very happy renting this home for our family of 20. The amount of space is amazing-so many bedrooms and bathrooms were so nice to have. We loved the extra large deck to gather to chat. The kitchen had everything we needed, highly recommend!

Beautiful House!

House was a 5 star!! Every room had their own bathroom, which was so nice!!! Kids enjoyed the games in the basement and we all loved the outdoor pool
..spent a lot of family time out there! Kids loved going down the slide! Location was perfect also
.only about 15 min from Branson, and the neighborhood was also very nice and clean! Would definitely stay here again!

Disappointed

I recently stayed at this property and while overall I was satisfied, there were a few major disappointments that affected our experience. The biggest issue was that the AC on the third floor was broken. Despite making multiple calls to the host, we received no response. This made the third floor quite uncomfortable, especially during the hotter parts of the day and night. Additionally, the pool heater was not functioning, which left the pool too cold for anyone to swim. This was quite disappointing as we were looking forward to using the pool during our stay. On a positive note, the rest of the property was well-maintained and the amenities listed were as described. If the host had been more responsive and these issues had been addressed, it would have been a much better experience. Overall, I would rate our stay 3 out of 5 stars.

This place was absolutely amazing for everything but the back porch. It was fully covered in spiderwebs and spiders. We reported this on Monday and no one showed up to address it until Thursday late afternoon. We ended up taking a broom and buying a blower to try to get rid of all the spiderwebs. My husband was bit twice this week. House was very equipped with all the essentials needed for a large group. Our family did enjoy ourselves at this location.

Lake House

The house was all we had expected and more. The rooms were so spacious and the living spaces were great for our big family for Thanksgiving. The kids loved the pool and games and the hot tub and deck were great too. Our host was attentive and everything was exactly as they said it would be.

Branson mansion

We spent three nights here with our married kids and ten grandkids. The pool was a hit and no one minded two days of rain. The pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained. We were a short drive to the state park for hiking. The lake is close by too. The house is very spacious, excellent layout, decorated nicely, and accommodating. Ben was very quick to respond each time I had a question. The kitchen was spacious with about everything we might need. I bought extra paper towels and cups. Walmart is about a ten minute drive. There are two dishwashers and two refrigerators which was really a help. The wood vinyl flooring was warped and coming up on a few places. I learned as we checked out that it is under warranty and will be fixed soon. I would be happy to come back when it is fixed. I guess that is why this house was a bit cheaper than the same one next door. If the weather was warmer we would have played on the playground and tried the outdoor pool. Overall a very nice experience!
