Coastal Calm Awaits at No Way Out

This cozy oceanfront cottage is an excellent choice for a group retreat on the southern end of Topsail Island. The wonderful reverse living floor plan capitalizes on the ocean views from the living room, dining area, and kitchen on the upper floor. The bedrooms on the lower floor each have sliding doors that access the oceanfront deck, so you can wake up each morning and race to the beach! The house is also located in the relaxing town of Topsail Beach, where life is slow-paced and laid-back. Go for a bike ride around the town, or walk down the beach to the Jolly Roger Pier. Enjoy a few select restaurants and shops in the area, then go back to the house to enjoy a nap without being disturbed by work. Cable TV on two flat screens and two conventional TVs are provided for your convenience. Wireless internet access and unlimited long-distance phone service are also provided for the time you spend indoors. Just remember that you don't need an iPad to look at the beach when you're already here! The outdoor shower is enclosed and offers hot and cold water! The washer and dryer are inside the house.

Bed sizes include 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twins Pillows, spreads, and blankets are provided.

5th Year in a row and this was the best house yet!

Pictures don't do justice to the actual space you will have on the top floor. And we loved the private outdoor shower! We have stayed all across the island and other then the long drive back to the bridge the South End is where its at!

Very nice

While the location was a long drive to shopping, this year it didn’t matter be Use, due to Covid, we didn’t go out much. The bonus was having a se turtle nest in front of our house! It didn’t hatch while we were there, but it was neat to see it everyday while we were on the beach. Overall, a good week at the beach.

Great place

Not many people on the beach and easy access to beach will definitely stay here again. Loved the outdoor shower having hot water that made it very nice. Updated kitchen counter tops and just overall a nice cozy feel for my family.

Great house

Honestly one of my favorite houses I've ever stayed in on topsail. If you like the south end of the island, this house has a lot going for it. It was overall clean, area was quiet, everything worked properly, and it had an outdoor shower, which I love. Will definitely stay here again.

Only 2 cons... the dishes/silverware/cups/glasses were dirty, no reflection of the owner/realtor as much as the last people before us. The grill was unusable, unfortunately, rusted and dirty. Not a dealbreaker and will DEFINATELY come back to this house!!
