The second offers a king bed, a large closet, and access to the shared full bathroom with a shower-tub combo.
Head up the stairs to the middle floor where you will find 3 more bedrooms and another bathroom. The first bedroom on this floor offers a king bed and access to a half bath with a vanity sink and a full shared bathroom with a shower tub combo. The second bedroom offers two twin beds and the third bedroom offers a Pyramid bunk bed ( Twin over Full). These bedrooms all share the full-sized bathroom that is conveniently located in the hall as well as a stackable washer and dryer. This floor also offers access to a private covered street-side deck.
Take the stairs up one more time and you will find the main living area, kitchen, and final bed and bathrooms. Right away you can see the water from every direction out of the multiple windows that surround the room and flood the top floor with natural light. The spacious living room offers comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV, so you can gather around for a movie night after a long day on the beach. Step outside onto the sprawling top-floor deck where you get a tree-top view of Topsail Island like no other! Watch the waves crash on the ocean side, or sailboats float down the Intracoastal waterway, while you enjoy your morning coffee. The large classic kitchen offers all of your basic cooking needs, major appliances, cookware, and dishware to make whipping up meals for the whole family a breeze. The dining room table offers seating for 6 with an additional 4 stools at the kitchen bar. Just off the living room is a full-sized shared bathroom with a vanity sink and shower stall so everyone can freshen up before dinner.
