Surf Condos 223 - Poolside Relaxation by the Sea!

Enjoy playing in the surf at the highly desirable Surf Condominiums located in the heart of Surf City. The Surf Condos are great for vacationers who want to be within a short distance of Surf City’s business district. Beautifully landscaped, some outside amenities include a swimming pool with a poolside gazebo, and multi-level decking around the pool. Relax on the deck furnishings provided. There are several outdoor showers and two private beach walkways that lead to the sandy, white beach and crystal blue waters.

The large parking lot is available to guests and residents and is guarded during the summer months. An onsite laundry facility is available for guests and owners alike. Pets are not permitted at any Surf Condo offered as a vacation or long-term rental. Boats, trailers, and jet skis are not allowed. Smoking is only allowed outside.

Surf Condos 223 is located in the #2 building which offers great pool and ocean views to enjoy from the deck. As you enter the one-bedroom, one-and-a-half-bath unit you are greeted by beautiful wood-type flooring. In the bedroom, you will find a king bed along with a television. You also will have access to the full bath from this bedroom. In the hallway, in a special bunk nook, you will find the area for the little sailors to slumber with a bunk bed (two twins). The kitchen area features an open and airy feeling along with all the modern appliances including a dishwasher and garbage disposal. The living area features a queen sleeper sofa along with flat panel television, DVD player, and wireless internet. The living area also provides access to the deck overlooking the pool and Atlantic Ocean, perfect to watch the sunrise!

The Surf Condos Complex offers Cable and community Wi-Fi service to all units. Log-in information will be provided at check-in.

➀***Please Note: HOA-controlled pools will be open for guest use from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. Openings outside of this time will be at the discretion of the HOA***

➀Sorry, but NO PETS are allowed at this property.

➀No Smoking is allowed inside the property or on its decks.

➀Linens (Sheets and Towels) are included with all guest reservations!

A Full house linen package will include Sheets for all advertised beds, 1 towel set per person, a bathmat for each full bathroom, and a set of Kitchen Towels with a sponge.

WiFi was intermittent. Kitchen was well stocked. Garbage disposal didn’t work but maintenance man, Tim, came promptly and was polite, professional and fixed it without a problem.

You cannot beat the prime location! The unit was nice and well kept. There are 3 flights of stairs to get to the room which was kinda tough on a few of the family members.

We decided to stay another week at Topsail and booked this condo last minute on Friday before we were to leave Saturday morning. The unit was clean, well stocked, and has a nice view. I would stay again.

The property was very well maintained, the rooms were clean, we liked the layout and view from our room. The pool was fantastic, we played in it everyday with the grandkids.

Don’t bother

Very outdated. Sliding glass door did not work well. Sliding screen door would not stay on track. Floors were dirty. If you walk across the floors barefoot the bottoms of your feet will be black.

Our family had a blast! Our stay was comfortable. This particular unit was in need of some maintenance- but otherwise, a great time! Convenient access to beach, pool, restaurants, shops, etc.

Nice Condo!

We enjoyed the Surf Condo! Our condo was nice and clean. My only complaint would be it’s a little out of date as far as furniture is concerned. There were a few minor things such as a piece of wood in kitchen floor loose, toilet paper holder on wall broken, and ceiling fans very dirty. Overall, it accommodates my family of four very well! Loves location and the pool! The staff at the Surf we came in contact with was very nice as well as the staff at Lewis Realty!

Enjoyed our stay

The condo was nice but was not very clean when we arrived. Property was good even though repairs to other units were still being made. Good location, good beach, but cleanliness needs a little improvement. I would use VRBO and Lewis Realty again.

We had a great time at this condo! It was clean and very well kept! This was our first trip to Topsail, North Carolina and we couldn't have asked for a better vacation to start our summer! We met amazing people while we were there and our memories of this vacation will always be with us! If we ever decide to come back we will be sure to use the same condo!
