Washed Ashore is the perfect locale to witness beautiful sunsets over Topsail Sound, enjoy cooking fish you caught from your boat or on the private dock, and relax on the serene sound side while taking in the peaceful surroundings at this new vacation rental.

A short walk away, the beach access features a gradual ramp and may be helpful for guests with mobility concerns. This vacation rental includes two paddle boards, two one-person kayaks, one two-person kayak, seven bikes, six fishing poles, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach toys, boogie boards, and skim boards for your sandy excursions. Enjoy the ocean view from the newly installed dock!

Inside the home, you'll find a two-story interior with updated furniture, central air-conditioning, and a washer/dryer. Whip up delicious dishes in the convenient full kitchen with everything you need for home-cooked meals, including All-Clad pots and pans. Wake up with fresh juice from the juicer, or use the coffee maker, Keurig, and espresso machine to make whatever strikes your fancy.

Kick back on the furnished deck—you'll find an enclosed outdoor shower with hot water, a private sound front pier with boat moorage, a floating dock, a freshwater fish-cleaning sink, electricity, a Wilmington gas grill (gas provided), and outdoor baby/child swings. Polywood porch furniture, rocking chairs, and glider chairs are also there to help you relax outside. The new aluminum fence around the property ensures added privacy, perfect for enjoying the hammock and outdoor swings.

For something more active, play a friendly game of cornhole or shuffleboard, or grab the whiffle ball bats and take turns hitting balls together. The fun doesn't stop there—enjoy board games indoors while one of the included DVDs plays in the background. As the evening winds down, rest comfortably on new mattresses in two bedrooms, while all bedrooms feature smart TVs for relaxing.

Wonderful vacation retreat on Topsail Island

Beautiful view of the ICW and beach access! This was a great getaway and all the restaurants were close by. The owners have a well kept property and we will consider returning in the summer months.

Amazing sunsets

Family of 5 and doodle went for spring break and it was one of our favorite vacations because of the sunsets, dock, little beach area on the sound and proximity to ocean side. We enjoyed nightly dinner on the large beautiful deck and loved the fenced in area for our dog to be in when we were out on the dock. Will come back!

Wonderful cottage with incredible views, ample outdoor seating on multiple decks overlooking the sound. Very dog friendly with a fenced yard. Short walk or bike ride to the beach access. Our family will definitely stay at Washed Ashore again!

Amazing Stay!

My family have visited Topsail for close to 20 years however never in the winter, I can't believe how much fun we had. This house was so beautiful and the inlet was amazing each night to sit out in the morning and watch the dolphin go by and then in the evenings with the breathtaking sunsets. Will be back!

Perfect soundside getaway

Very nice layout and good amenities. Dog friendly to the extreme as the entire lower level is fenced, including the dock. Location is perfect for boating, within 0.5 mile of ramp and 1 mile of New Topsail inlet. Loved it.

Super stay!

We had a great stay at Washed Ashore! The view was amazing! The house had everything you could ever want on vacation and more. The homeowners provide kayaks, beach chairs, fishing poles, paddle boards, simply everything. Our boxer mix and my husband and I loved the fenced yard. We will be back for our next years vacation!
