A Lazy River Day and Night is your vacation paradise offering a one of a kind Lazy River heated, salt water pool with several shallow areas which is sure to be a hit with all ages! Outside balconies and pool level covered patios are sure to keep the family enjoying the beautiful sunny and warm weather! Fire up the barbecue and enjoy a home cooked meal. New Outdoor dining table for 8! Watch the kids swim in the pool and float down the Lazy River. If you can pull yourself away from this peaceful place, the azure waters and white sand beaches of Anna Maria Island are less than 2.3 blocks away. Just a leisurely stroll with included beach cart or a wonderful bike ride to a peaceful paradise with its amazing sunsets! You can rent and have delivered to the home any type of sports equipment such as paddle boards, kayaks, gulf carts, etc. If you don't want to rent a car, the free Island Trolley is 1 block from the house and will take you anywhere you want to shop, dine or quench that occasional ice cream craving! Great shopping on Pine Ave is 5 mins away. The Marina is a block away. Both the Bay and Gulf sides offer easy entrance for boats, kayaks, paddle boards, etc and you can have those items delivered to those entrance points.
We want your stay to be enjoyable. We have taken several steps to make sure of that. Many updates have been recently completed including new appliances, luxurious bedding, hypoallergenic and cooling mattresses free of dyes and chemicals. After a fun day exploring this old Florida style island you deserve the best rest to recuperate for another full and fun day ahead. This home is professionally cleaned including new safety standards recently updated with your health in mind. We utilize a Professional Linens Company for bedding and towels.
We start you off on the right foot with a beginning supply of necessary toiletries, dishwasher tablets and garbage bags. Groceries stores are a few minutes away or you can order your supplies and have them delivered. Our local island experienced team will be a phone call away should you need anything or have questions during your stay. We provide beach gear and several bikes and helmets.
When evening comes and you want to settle in for the night, let the kids (young and old) play Nintendo on the included Switch player and games, while you watch a dvd or your favorites on Roku. Cable tv is included along with high speed wifi. Several board games and books are available for your pleasure. Need a portable play yard? A highchair? Just ask. It will be provided for you! Washer and Dryer are located in the garage on the lower level. This Holmes Beach location is quiet with restful views of canals and lush tropical greenery. We offer plenty of parking for your cars, RV or boat and trailer. We have a dedicated RV electric hook up (50 amp)(use reducer if you require 30 amp) to keep your RV's batteries charged and/or keep your RV's fridge cold if your getting ready to head back on the road. With so many configurations to this home it is sure to fit the bill for a most dreamy vacation.
