Anna Maria Beach Place #6, located in Holmes Beach is a charming beachside complex featuring six units surrounding a heated pool and tropical landscaping. Immediately across a quiet side street, are the white sandy beaches and the emerald green water of the Gulf of Mexico. It doesn't get much better than this!
Anna Maria Beach place provides two gas grills, an onsite laundry room with two coin operated washers and dryers as well as a supply of beach chairs and toys.

Unit 6 at Anna Maria Beach Place is a one bedroom, one bath second floor unit with a view of the beach that will sleep four with a king size bed and a premium sofa bed. This unit has many recent upgrades including new living and dining room furniture as well as a fully remodeled bathroom which is sure to impress. Beach Place 6 features wireless high speed internet with free domestic long distance calling and an expanded cable package. There is a 50” television in the living room with a DVD player and a 24” television in the bedroom. Central air conditioning completes the package.

Anna Maria Beach Place has a one week minimum stay.
Parking is limited to one vehicle.

Great location!

Property was clean and very close to the beach. Bed was very comfortable. Refrigerator and stove could use an update. Refrigerator ice maker did not work well. And burners on the stove were wonky. Otherwise we ended our stay.

This place is literally a stone throw from the beach. Adorable, no frills condo with a chill vibe. Perfect for family!! Pool was super clean. We loved it.

Great stay at Bradenton Beach

Great location with ocean views, only steps away from the beach. There are six units in the complex, with a private pool, clean and well maintained. Unit #6 furnishings need updating. The couch had seen better days and beach chairs and umbrella were old. We bought couple new chairs and an umbrella to leave there. Went to the hardware store to get couple screws to repair the unit beach umbrella. It would have been nice if the kitchen had some oil and vinegar, condiments, etc. - a few cooking essentials for people traveling from overseas. Would definitely come back to this property.

Beautiful, quiet spot!

The location of this property is amazing! Across the street from the beach (I counted 33 steps to the sand!). The street has NO traffic, so very quiet. Pool was well-maintained, though a little warm. Unit itself was clean and had everything we needed. No complaints! Highly recommend.

Location is perfect

Great location! Can’t blame landscapers or garbage trucks for early wakes when they are just doing their job. The unit needs some updating and tlc, but the location is perfect! Great communication with the property management/owners. We got really lucky with this last minute booking!
