Experience the epitome of luxury at our exquisite 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom condominium in North Beach Village, Holmes Beach. This stunning property boasts a beautifully designed coastal-inspired interior, complete with wood laminate flooring throughout. The spacious living area features expansive windows that showcase breathtaking tropical views, a large flat-screen TV with cable package, and plush seating. Adjacent to the living room, a game area awaits, equipped with a foosball table, board games, puzzles, and books for endless entertainment. Step out onto the screened lanai, surrounded by picturesque palm trees, and unwind in style..

The kitchen has updated stainless appliances and everything you need to enjoy your time on vacation. Also on the main level is a half bath/laundry room. Just upstairs is a beautiful primary bedroom with a king bed, television, and en suite updated bath, as well as access to a private balcony. The primary bath has double sinks and a large walk-in tiled shower with a seat. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has 2 twins. The second full bathroom has a tiled walk-in shower. There is also a sleeper sofa for extra space. On the ground level, enjoy sitting out on the deck area while grilling your dinner. Venture over to the heated community pool and relax in the lounge chairs or go for a swim.

You may not want to leave, but when you are ready to venture out, the beautiful beaches of Anna Maria Island are only a block away; There are also great dining and shopping opportunities within a few blocks, or hop on the free Anna Maria Trolley and explore the Island.
