Urban Oasis too is a privately owned home on Anna Maria Island. It has 4 bd, 2 bth plus outdoor shower with a large pool, 10,000 sq foot yard, two large decks, outdoor bar and dining space AND a brand new 6 seater electric golf cart included! This private home features coastal hues, driftwood accents and comfortable furniture to enjoy your vacation. You will have premium linen service including all towels and linens changed with each stay. Urban Oasis too is truly a turnkey Vacation Rental! 5 minute walk to walk to the beach or take the golf cart and park at the beach access point! . This home features grey blue hues, coastal furniture, driftwood accents and designer touches. This home has been fully renovated in the fall 2019 with a brand new kitchen, flooring etc. This home
featuring a large private dining space on the front porch with seating for 10 which has amazing ocean breezes and gorgeous sunsets. It also has a covered front patio with 4 rattan chairs and table to sip your coffee in the morning or enjoy an evening cocktail at sunset. The 10K sq foot yard is fenced in and features a lagoon style pool ( heated all winter!) , outdoor shower, lounge chairs, Adirondack chairs, covered patio with outdoor bar and cafe lights for nighttime enjoyment. There is also a large gas grill that can be pull away from the home for easy grilling.
There are also many restaurants nearby. The Ugly Grouper, Sandbar and Beach Bistro restaurant are walking distance from the house and many other restaurants and bars are close by.

Inside, the home has a large open concept living and dining space with two large sofas and entertainment space. The brand new kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, outdoor platters, BPA free kids plates and cups ETC. You can find everything you will need to enjoy inside and outside with this kitchen. The bedrooms feature two King bedrooms, one large double bunk room and an optional 4th bedroom/playroom complete with a light up foosball table and lots of family friendly games! The 4th bedroom has a day bed for day time with the option to pull out and convert to an easy King bed at night. This great optional room has a lovely white stone fireplace and large wardrobe for your things.

The home is beautifully designed to maximize your vacation both inside and outside. We hope you enjoy our style and come make Urban Oasis too part of your family memories on Anna Maria Island. Wonderful Stay at Urban Oasis

Just got back from a week long stay. We had such a great time in AMI. The house was perfect for our 2 families. The location, communication, pool and golf cart were wonderful. The golf cart got a flat tire and we had a rental the next morning. We will definitely be back!

Great location and layout

We enjoyed our stay on AMI. The house is located on a quiet street a couple blocks from the beach. The layout worked well for us with two families sharing the house (king beds for adults and bunks for kids). There was ample living space both indoors and outdoors and the private pool area was very relaxing. Our kids also enjoyed the foosball table. Our biggest critique was that the golf cart was in a little rough shape (the owner did tell us he would have it looked at after we left, so hopefully this will be resolved quickly). Also, like many rentals, the kitchen is limited in cooking utensils and bakeware. Overall, a very nice rental property and a responsive property manager.

Everything was as expected and we enjoyed our stay. I particularly liked the fact that the owners allowed us to book a bit of nonstandard days. We stayed from Friday thru two weekends. Worked out great for us.

Loved the location of the house!

Loved the location of the house- Quiet neighborhood and a short golf cart drive to restaurants and shopping. Beach access was a short walk or an easy drive. We always found a parking spot. Outdoor space and pool were amazing! Extras- Sand toys, beach chairs, wagon, umbrella, pool toys, cooler, high chair, pack n play.

Great stay in AMI!

The house and pool are wonderful and very nicely kept! Matt is such a responsive host and helped us with anything we needed! The golf cart is a great addition to the house. Close to so much and in a perfect location!

Christmas Week at Urban Oasis Too

This house worked well for our extended family of five adults two kids and one teen. The two main bedrooms have comfortable king mattresses. The trundle bed in the foosball room was adequate but the room did not have that much privacy because the barn doors don’t close too tightly. The distance to the beach was not a big problem at all. In fact, just one block from the house you can see the end of the road and the beach itself. The golf cart was very useful and the pool was a nice size. It’s very nice to be able to see kids in the pool easily from the bedroom or laundry room. Matt and Cristy were excellent to communicate with which is a huge benefit. The three star cleanliness rating is more related to a few small, broken things and the need for more supplies in the kitchen. I mentioned this to the owners and they are going to take care of them immediately.

Awesome stay

We had a wonderful time on Anna Maria Island. Matt was very responsive and accommodating with all our needs. The house had everything we needed for our two families. It was in a great, quiet location and yet only minutes away from anything else we needed/wanted. Having a golf cart as part of the package sold us on this place and made all the difference!

Great Location

Owner very helpful and responsive to any issues with property. I sent pictures of broken items and had trouble with the golf cart. He was right on it. We had no issues. Cons. Beach towels are meh and sheets were kinda pilley. That I believe is a service he has so I let him know about the sheets. Overall great stay.

Enjoyed our stay!

Christy and Matt were great hosts to work with. They were always prompt to answer my questions before arrival and were quick to resolve a few issues that occurred during our stay, to our full satisfaction. The pool and back patio were perfect - very private and quiet. The heated pool was a big hit, especially when coming back from the beach on windy days! The kitchen and dining/family room were the right amount of space for our group of 9 - we even cooked a Thanksgiving feast in the kitchen and patio grill, with plenty of room for everything. The bunk room and other 2 bedrooms were perfect for the kids and other adults in our group. My husband and I took the game room with the daybed/trundle, which wasn't adequate enough for 2 adults as the mattresses were thin (two thin mattresses split between the trundle and daybed). We ended up using a twin inflatable mattress as the other adult sleeping option, which worked out fine, but I would recommend future visitors take this into account when counting the daybed/trundle as 2 adult sleeping spots. They would have been perfectly fine for kids. The neighborhood is very quiet and in a great location between the northern part of the island and more commercial southern portions. The golf cart was super convenient and a big hit with the kids!

Amazing vacation!

Wonderful first trip to AMI! We had 9 total family members with us and the house fit us just perfectly. We enjoyed amazing days and nights at the beach and a ton of time in the backyard by the pool! Matt was super responsive and helpful!! We will definitely be back to AMI!

Great vacation!

This home was perfect for our family vacation! The location of the property was great and we thoroughly enjoyed all the amenities that the property had to offer. The owners were very thoughtful and included lots of extras to make beach days very easy for families with children. Everything was beautiful and we would definitely stay at this property again ! My only recommendation would be to make sure you have insect repellant handy - the mosquitos were very prevalent around the pool area.

Great house, great location!

This was not our first visit to AMI, but our first time to rent a house. So many positives in this house! We had a family of 10. Six adults,3 young children and one infant. So my first review is on all the locks and alarms by the pool doors. They were extremely welcomed and gave us a piece of mind at night knowing the children were unable to get out. The pool was great and gave you plenty of sun and shade. The house was very clean and plenty on amenities for you to enjoy your stay. The golf cart an added bonus, you’ll use it everyday. The owners response to any and all questions we had was immediate. Our only negative to this house was the fact that the hot water would not get to the guest bath shower. That being said the outdoor shower was great for the little ones to bathe and it was a highlight of their vacation too! Thank you Matt and Christie for making our family vacation memorable.

Annual Family Thanksgiving Trip

We absolutely loved this property ! We are a family of nine from Georgia that spends every Thanksgiving in South Florida . We normally stay in Tampa because it’s central to most of the skate parks in that area. This year we decided to stay on Annamaria Island, they have their own new skate park there and we wanted to try it out. Best trip ever! The house that we stayed in suited all of our needs , The house was amazing, private pool was perfect, and a short walk to the beach. The owners are very nice and so accommodating. We will be staying here from now on .

Urban Oasis Too was fantastic. We had a wonderful time at this beautifully renovated home on Anna Maria Island. Plenty of room for the 5 of us who stayed there. Great family house

We had a great stay. Matt was very responsive to our questions before we arrived. The house is nicely updated/furnished with lots of things for the beach for kids. The only thing we were missing for our week stay were extra trash bags in the kitchen. The travel laundry detergent, dishwashing soap/dishwasher pods were great and used.
