Welcome to Laplage 5. Just over 2,100 square feet with views of the Gulf of Mexico, Laplage 5 is a dream condo. Its gorgeous interior, access to a large community pool and spa, and easy access to the white sand and warm ocean waters of Holmes Beach are sure to be the bow on top of an already dreamy Florida vacation!

When you arrive at Laplage 5, you’ll see beautiful architecture, professional landscaping, and hear and smell the Gulf of Mexico that lies just beyond Laplage Condominium Complex. As you walk through the front door, you’ll see an expansive common living space that features the kitchen, dining room, living room, balcony, and views of the Gulf of Mexico. The kitchen is large and has sweeping granite countertops, stainless steel appliances including a double oven, and a bar with room for three. The dining room is just beyond the kitchen and features a glass-top, rectangular table with seating for eight. The living room is simple but very cozy! The huge sectional couch and two matching armchairs make it a perfect place to relax and watch some movies on the flat-screen TV. Guests can access the balcony through the living room’s sliding glass doors. The covered balcony is a wonderful size and offers an outdoor dining set, two lounge chairs, a staircase that leads to the ground floor, and glimpses of the vast, teal-colored ocean.

Great unit

This was our 2nd stay in this unit. It’s perfect - great location, clean, stocked - couldn’t ask for anything more. The hot tub hasn’t worked the last 2 years which is a huge bummer bc we love the hot tub in the evening, but that’s the complex and has nothing to do with this unit. Would highly recommend!

Very Nice Stay

Property was clean and upgraded. The place was spacious and even larger than it looks in the pictures. View is great and the pool was well maintained. The property was painting the entire complex so their commitment to keeping the place maintained shows. Would recommend this to anyone.

Great family getaway

Great space for family of four (3 beds and 3 baths with large living area)! Beach view is even better from patio than the picture in the listing shows. Was pretty much a private pool for us during our stay with great access to the beach. Highly recommend!

Beautiful property

Great property! Spacious kitchen, living room and bedrooms. First time to A.M.I., and it was beautiful! Liked the proximity to the beach and beachfront pool, but wish the property had a pool bathroom on the lowest level. Definitely suggest to rent a golf cart to cruise around the island. Could walk or trolley but the golf cart was definitely more efficient.

There were 4 adults and this house was perfect for the 2 couples! Every bedroom had a bathroom with an additional bathroom off the main living area! It was very roomy, 3 bedrooms/ bathrooms! The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pans. They did provide a starter pack for dishwasher pods, laundry pods, dish soap, toilet paper & paper towels. Linens were all provided including beach towels! Bummed there was no grill or beach chairs, but we made due! We enjoyed the pool & beach! This condo was close to many things, GREAT location! Would definitely rent here again!!

Anna Maria Island gem

This is a wonderful condo in a great location. Beach House is super easy to work with. Just have one other comment: the balcony hadn't been cleaned at all. There was spilled pop and crumbs all over. My husband swept and mopped it and then we were able to enjoy the lovely balcony and view!
