You can use the driveway of the home to park your car when you're not exploring - but if you want to get around like a local, north and southbound stops of the free trolley are each only a quick walk away, making it easy to visit the city of Anna Maria to the north or the sands of Bradenton Beach to the south.
Back at home, enjoy the privacy of the fenced backyard and heated lagoon pool. Dry off and head to the covered balcony for more fresh air, or to start dinner on the grill. Back inside, the kitchen is fitted with stainless steel appliances, making it easy to whip up some sides. Dine at the table for six - or counter for four - before retiring to the living room to stay entertained with free WiFi and a TV.

Things to Know This property has a 7-night minimum stay requirement. The elevator and garage are not for guest use. Pool heat is included and maintained at 80°F. Additional pool heat to 85°F is available upon request for $22 per day plus tax. A 24-hour notice is required. Heat may not be available if temperatures drop below 65 degrees. We will not be accepting payments for pool heat for the months of May through October. Code enforcement notification: You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the âDamage Waiverâ). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Die Kommunikation ĂŒber email war schleppend. Hat ca 4 Tage gedauert. Telefonisch war fĂŒr uns wegen Sprachproblemen schwierig. Sonst alles top.
We really enjoyed our time at his beautiful beach home. It was attached to another bigger house that hosted a big young family, but the only time we heard them was while we both were in the back yards at the same time.
The home was clean and beautiful. It's not perfect, but itâs pretty close. They scheduled called reported repairs throughout the day, but those never impacted our outings. Anthony, our local Vacasa rep reached out to let us know and answered questions as they came up from us. If there was anything I would recommend itâs bring your own sheets for the king bed in the master. The current ones are so warn that they felt like sand paper against our skin. My wife and I slept on the top sheet and contemplated replacing them while there for the 7 days. We opted not to and it was fine.
Proximity to the beach is only relevant if you donât plan to have transportation to the beach. If youâre planning to walk with gear, itâs probably at least 10-15 mins walk. But⊠there is a beach on 3 sides! They also have plenty of gear for a family of 4 and a wagon that helps a bunch getting it around the beach.
The back porch and pool are fantastic. Saltwater, room temp, with an outdoor shower for getting clean after your beach visit. Our teen girls spent more time out there than the beach. It was shaded for most of the morning and evening. Iâd definitely book this exact place again. I could never afford a home this nice, but I can feel like a wealthy person for a few days!

We loved staying in this home! It was in a great location, just a few blocks from the beach. Very nice home, great outdoor spaces and clean! Would definitely stay here again!
This was an absolute dream vacation! The house was beautiful, clean and housed our family perfectly. It had everything we needed to help make our stay enjoyable. The pool was a great added bonus. We hope to come back soon!
This place was amazing and right down the street from the beach. The home was beautiful and well maintained. My family enjoyed every second of it. We will be returning to this place next summer. There were a few unexpected visits for some previous minor repair work orders but was handled quickly. We were told Vacasa would give us a 10% discount next year for the slight inconvenience which I thought was awesome (Thanks Matthew). Overall, the owner of this home really decorated it beautifully and it fit our personal taste perfectly. I would HIGHLY recommend this property as a MUST VISIT. Thank you for allowing us to stay there!!

We chose to spend 2 weeks in AMI as âworkcationâ. Thereâs nothing better than starting the morning on the beautiful, sun-drenched patio before diving into conference calls and emails. Take your laptop out to the patio, then spend your lunch hour riding bikes to the beach. An amazing kitchen with all the comforts of home, and a cozy couch for evenings in. This home is in a central location just blocks from the beach and a short walk or ride to restaurants. Definitely a great place to get away!
Suit your mood with a day of privacy by your own pool, a beach day 2 blocks away, or a day of shopping, dining and exploring the island. The Neolinda is well maintained and has high end finishes and furnishings for casual luxury. The kitchen is very well equipped and the linen service means one less category of packing. Note that this unit is one side of a larger dwelling that was unoccupied during our stay, accounting for the abundant quiet we experienced. The local Publix was limited and pricey but the Wal Mart in Cortez is well stocked and organized with plenty of fresh produce and an easy 15 minute drive. The Vacasa agents were quickly responsive to questions before and during the stay. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our week and would not hesitate to reserve the Neolinda again!
