Located in the heart of Holmes Beach you have access to the beach within a few blocks. This location is convenient to tennis courts and boat ramp. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping with in walking distance.
Every room features a flat screen television. The master bedroom has a king bed, the first guest room has 2 twin beds and the third guest room has a sleeper sofa.
The large screened in patio features a gas grill and ample seating for a quiet evening after a day at the beach. There is a full size washer and dryer in the unit.
Sea-Esta is a quiet locale in which to enjoy your Holmes Beach vacation!
It is a one week minimum rental.
Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property
Parking is limited to three vehicles and there is room for a boat or jet ski trailer.
