At 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, this is a beautiful choice for your next Anna Maria Island getaway! Two short blocks to the beach, and around the corner to restaurants, pubs & stores. Featuring a heated pool to relax in after your busy day, Starfish Cove is a luxurious and welcome retreat in the perfect location on Anna Maria Island. This home is completely new and has been built with no expense spared. The 4 Flat screen TV's, Sonos multiroom audiosystem, stainless steel appliances, beautiful tile floors, granite counter tops, free phone/cable/wireless Internet, and a great outdoor living area with pool, spa & patio will exceed the expectations of even the most discerning vacationers. (1 Master Suite, one room with two twin beds and an additional room with a queen sized bed. Take the trolley to Bean Point, or historic Bridge St. Have a bite at Chateau Anna Maria, or the Beach Bistro or grab a burger and enjoy the game at Skinny's. Go paddle boarding or kayaking in the crystal clear blue waters in the Gulf Of Mexico.

Guests are allowed up to 2 dogs provided they are housebroken and must be friendly with other dogs and people. Pet must be disclosed up front at the time of inquiring/booking. A one-time non-refundable fee of $150 (per pet) will be due at the time of booking to accommodate for extra cleaning/pet sanitation. Should we receive complaints from neighbors of barking/disruption we reserve the right to ask you to remove the pet immediately. Undeclared pets will be charged $500 and you will be required to vacate the property. By booking this property you are agreeing to the terms and fees associated with bringing an approved pet. We closely monitor all properties.

We do our rentals from Saturday to Saturday, if you are looking for a stay that is not a 7-night rental or would like to begin your vacation on a day other than Saturday please send us an email to reservations@beachretreatsfl.com as we can sometimes accommodate alternate reservations

beach vacation. Traveling with a little one? All our homes come with pack & plays and highchairs. Need
more? There are several great rental places that have everything from baby gates to golfcarts, and they
will drop them right off at your vacation property for you. No need to pack beach towels we provide
those for you.
Remember we are laid back and on Island time - Flip-flops and shorts are ok for breakfast, lunch and
dinner no need to overpack you will most likely be in your cutest bathing suit or bikini anyways.
No need to pay the crazy high fees to check all those bags! With Publix, CVS, and Walgreens right on the
island you can grab any sunscreen, hair product anything needed, why haul it all with you?

Nice pool, good space and location, but needs TLC

This was our third trip to AMI, and 3rd time we stayed at a Beach Retreat managed property. The house had a good amount of space for our family, but it is dated, not in great condition inside, microwave was broken, and other upkeep needed. Having said that, we enjoyed our stay.

We stayed over the Labor Day weekend. We arrived 2 days after Hurricane Adelia battered the gulf coasts of Florida. We were concerned of the condition of the property as Holmes Beach lie as at northern tip of Amelia Island. We communicated with the property managers who personally verified that the property was habitable. The pool was cleaned and barely was their any signs of wind, rain, or storm surge damage. This included the whole area, restaurants and attractions were open for our pleasure. A unique experience.

Absolutely loved this vacation home. It was close to shops, restaurants and the beach. The best part was the pool and jacuzzi. The landscaping in the backyard which surrounded the pool was a tropical paradise. The home was clean. I definitely would stay there again.

Beautiful stay

Perfect home for our stay! 4 adults and 2 kiddos ages 7 and 4. Plenty of beach towels, pool toys and close to beaches. We rented a golf cart and it was perfect for running around the island. Grocery stores and Walgreens/ CVS nearby and ice cream shop was our nightly ritual! Making plans for staying at Starfish Cove again next year!

Perfect for a family of 5

Starfish Cove suited our family of five perfectly with the three bedrooms, two bathrooms and plenty of comfortable space to move about and relax. Upon check-in we didn't realize this was a two unit house and we entered and began moving in on the wrong side! Fortunately, we were only in for about ten minutes before the actual renters showed up and we quickly moved to the other side of the house. Because the house number on our side was partially blocked by tree branches we didn't know we had chosen the improper entrance to our unit and we had no idea that we had booked a house that was part of a second unit...somehow we missed this in the research of the home. We could hear the neighbors talking and watching TV through the walls but it wasn't bad enough to ruin our trip. The pool and spa were not up to useable temperatures and the pool level was so low that the pump was not even pumping water into it. Had to contact property mngt. about in and a pool guy came promptly to resolve the issue. Overall, even though the property is beautiful and has a secluded tropical feel around the pool area, we noticed that the entire property is a little "tired" and could use a good deep cleaning, especially the exterior of the home. We knew coming in that the beach was about a three minute walk (approx. 1,200 ft) which was fine, but we prefer to be closer to the beach and the pool and spa made up for that. We had a great stay and still recommend this property, there was nothing about it that ruined our vacation but there were certainly a few things that weren't quite perfect for us as mentioned above and we would probably look elsewhere if we return to Anna aria Island in the future.

Awesome 2 weeks!

Starfish Cove was exactly as pictured online. Very clean and tastefully decorated. We had everything we needed for an enjoyable two week family vacation. Our kids loved all the sonos speakers! Pool area is great, especially on cooler days. We were welcomed by chocolates, wine, and a cute little gift by the rental company, such a nice touch! This is a great property!

In love with AMI and this house.

The summary: Rent this house. Great location, well stocked, clean, beautiful pool/hot tub, overall near perfect experience. The details: Rented for two weeks for family of four - two kids 11, 13. We were looking for a relaxing somewhat quiet area that still had things to do and AMI was perfect. You don't really need to leave the house because the pool and hot tub are fantastic. Both are saltwater which was barely noticeable but great as no chlorine smell. The water system for the hot tub kept a constantly fresh supply of water flowing into the tub which made it look and feel very clean. The attached shed is filled with slightly worn but still appreciated pool toys, beach necessities like umbrellas, chairs and even a wagon to haul them all to the beach. Very thoughtful. The house itself is relatively basic but clean and well laid out. Plenty of towels (including beach towels) included and the kitchen was very well stocked. The walls are thin so you may hear a bit from the neighbors but it was never a major problem at all. TV's all equipped with Rokus. I don't think there's really a bad location on AMI, but this house is very well situated in a lovely neighborhood a short 2-3 block walk to the beach and a block or two from several excellent restaurants and stores - do not miss the Ugly Grouper, Feast and the little Italian market/carryout restaurant down the street. The lack of chain restaurants on this island is remarkable and creates a really pleasant vibe in addition to the some of the best food we've had on a vacation in a long time. Owners were responsive and very pleasant - it's clear they are looking to deliver an above-average rental experience and they have succeeded. Thank you we will be back!

Oasis for visiting grandchildren

Perfect place to rest between baby care shifts! Relaxing around pool and in hot tub/spa was wonderful. The distance between Anna Maria and Riverview is just a nice drive and we were so pleased with the accommodations that we’ll plan to come back when grandson gets a little bit bigger!

First the driveway and stairs were a big issue. Two of us do not negotiate stairs if at any time. If I had seen a picture of the front we never would have leased. Also the pool has no railings to get in or out, bad for kids. Stairs in the back again. Not sure anyone ever dry cleaned the pillows or throw blanket. We washed all the comforters and placemats which don't look like they were done. The beds were fine except for the crummy pillows. At the price we pay they should be better. Try Costco their great and cheap. We enjoyed the beach which by the way is not a short walk down the street. We got a golf cart an it took us at least 10 mins that way. Our problem was the chairs are so low to the ground, again not for seniors. We had plenty of towels and kitchen stuff. We brought paper plates and our own toilet paper. The one in the house was commercial grade. We also left a commercial roll for the next person. The other problem was we couldn't get ABC, NBC, CNN etc unless we used a code which we didn't have. Maybe it was hidden somewhere? All in all we made the best we could but would never choose that particular property. Lastly, the people leasing to the attached unit stayed up till 1:30 and later with kids yelling and screaming which we could hear through the walls. Thanks we had our fun time because of our family. Perfect Beach Retreat

We had a wonderful stay over NewYears in this lovely, well-kept property just a few short blocks to the beach. It was our first visit to Anna Maria Island and we will be back! The Starfish Cove is roomy, beautifully furnished and has all of the beach towels and equipment that you need. We really enjoyed hanging out in the spa and pool. We rented a golf cart, which made for easy parking when we ventured out for dinner. The Sandbar is worth the wait, especially because you can enjoy drinks while watching the spectacular sunsets. We had absolutely no issues during our visit. The property was exactly as advertised and Emma very easy to communicate with. We highly recommend this property and rental company.
