This is a smoke-free home. No smoking of any substance, including vaping. Smoking is allowed outside only. Please keep the property clean and tidy during your stay. An additional cleaning fee may be charged if the property is left excessively dirty. Please remember to turn off all lights, lock all doors and windows before leaving the property. We understand that sometimes accidents happen! Should you break anything, please let us know. Please do not take blankets, sheets or bath towels from the house to the beach.
