Enjoy a private outdoor space, a fire pit for evening gatherings, and a barbecue for al fresco dining. Close to Summerleaze Beach, Dartmoor National Park, RHS Garden Rosemoor, Tamar Lakes, Okehampton Castle, and Hartland Abbey. It’s a perfect base for exploring the natural and historical landmarks of the region.



This 252-square-foot tiny home features easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and a gas-heated shower for hot showers—making it a perfect choice among relaxing holiday homes.



Guest Access:

Guests can access the tiny house and the surrounding thirty acres of fields, woodland, and beautiful scenery.

Dandylion House is in the rural village of Hollacombe, in North Devon, just a 22-minute drive from the seaside locality of Bude. Set against a backdrop of natural beauty, this area combines the rugged charm of Devon's landscape with the simplicity of coastal living. When a break from the sea, surf, and sun is needed, there are plenty of scenic villages worth exploring up and down the coast as well.



Nearby attractions offer something for every traveller. Spend a day at Summerleaze Beach in Bude, known for its wide sandy shores and family-friendly atmosphere, or explore the rugged landscapes and outdoor adventures of Dartmoor National Park. Discover beautiful themed gardens and over 250 rose varieties at RHS Garden Rosemoor, enjoy watersports and lakeside walks at Tamar Lakes, step back in time at the historic Okehampton Castle, or visit Hartland Abbey, where stunning gardens, parkland, and free-roaming peacocks, donkeys, and black sheep create a memorable day out.

By car:



- From Exeter to Hollocombe, it’s a journey of 1 hour (75.6 kilometres) by car

- Reachable with 2WD and 4WD vehicles



By public transport:



- Catch a train to Launceston, then a bus to Holsworthy runs every 3 hours

- It takes about 40 mins

- Tap water is available and safe to drink

- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed

- Mobile reception has good signals for all Telecom companies

- We have free-roaming animals and noise during your stay with us

- Please expect limited connectivity as the tiny house is set in a rural locality

- Smoking is allowed in certain areas on the property with ashtrays for cigarette disposal

- Make sure to turn off the lights, AC, electronics, close windows and doors when leaving

- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge



Important note:

-Standard check-in is available until 8:00 PM. If you expect to arrive later, please contact the host in advance to arrange your late check-in. The host is happy to accommodate late arrivals with prior notice, but advance communication is required to ensure a smooth check-in experience.

- Please separate rubbish as there are recycling facilities on site

- Keep in mind that outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban

- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present in the surrounding areas

- In order to maintain the cleanliness and functionality of our cassette toilets a minimum additional cleaning fee is applied for stays of 5 nights or more. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a hygienic experience during your stay.
