Not only will your pets love it, but you’ll experience true relaxation in our charming, coastal-themed retreat. It’s perfect for business, small families, or groups of friends looking to enjoy a getaway. Take a short drive and make unforgettable memories hunting for seashells, swimming with manatees, fishing, catching scallops, and more.

Hammocks, fire-pit, and BBQ grill are located in the courtyard and shared between our four vacation homes. PLUS onsite Boat Parking.

This space is dog-friendly. Our pet fee is $80/stay. Max 2 pets.

If the proper amount is not billed during booking, we will send a request for any additional amount owed.

We offer a dog bed, toys, water and food bowls upon request and we have a designated dog park on the side of our unit located at the corner of W. Longfellow St. and S. Sandburg Point.

*Pets are only permitted in "pet friendly homes" with prior approval and a nightly pet fee. Pets are not allowed on furniture, bedding, and must never be left alone inside the home unless they are crated. Please clean up all pet refuse. In the event that the housekeeper must clean this, you will be billed at a rate of $50 per hour, with a one-hour minimum, which will be charged to the credit card provided.

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean and well-maintained the place was. The bed was incredibly comfortable.The décor was tastefully done, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. We particularly appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the complimentary snack basket, which was a delightful surprise. Additionally, the Keurig coffee maker and complimentary coffee made our mornings that much more enjoyable.Overall, our experience exceeded our expectations. We look forward to our next visit!

It definitely seemed more like it was in a secluded area and not on a neighborhood street in the pictures. The coffee machine doesn't really work. The ac struggles to stay cold even when it's set on 70 degrees during the day, it gets up to 78 in the place. Also think it should have more ice trays if the ice machine is not going to be working. I also recommend that the owner takes a look at the flooring. Because there is lots of seams in the flooring coming up. And if you catch your feet on it barefoot it hurts quite a bit. The location is great in the overall design and layout of the place is very good. It just needs some Fine-tuning. Also, please make sure to tell the cleaning ladies to go into the shower and clean around the edge of window sill. It was dirty with looks like some kind of bugs and then cobwebs.

Check in was easy and quick. Kitchen had lots of things! Sugestion would be more spiced garbage bags and zip lock bags and an ice maker. We love the treats provided and the luring coffee! Lots of pots and pans to choose from, toaster and even a mini waffle maker ! .

Birthday Getaway

We had a great stay! The home was decorated beautifully, the bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable. The location was close to shopping, restaurants, and our friends. The only reason I gave it a four out of 5 was because it was a duplex and we had no idea until we arrived. The neighborhood was very quiet. Thank you Michelle for being a great hostess!

Ladies week vacation

This property was very convenient to everything in Homosassa and Crystal River. We used to live around the corner in Stonebrook so this was a wonderful place. The house was clean and had lots of extras. We were thrilled to find snacks ( we got in late) and there was everything for coffee in the morning. Thank you so much for that. The neighborhood peacock came out to say hello. What an incredible experience. The beds were the most comfortable we had ever used. Great nights sleep. Overall an amazing experience.

Excellent place to stay for a long weekend to a beautiful area of Florida.

My daughter and I stayed here while visiting the springs in the area. It is so close to everything you need. The kitchen is perfect. A really comfortable and laid back place. We felt at home.
