Papakea D207 is a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo that sleeps 4 guests. This condo offers a fully equipped and beautifully remodeled kitchen, featuring custom cabinets, granite countertops, recessed lighting, and stainless-steel appliances. Stay cool with window A/C in the main living room area, tiled flooring, ceiling fans, and wonderful ocean breezes. The bedroom features a King size bed. In the living room, you will find a Queen size sleeper sofa for additional guests. The bathroom is nicely updated with custom cabinets, granite countertops, and a large tiled walk in shower. This condo also has a private washer and dryer for added convenience. Entertainment includes TV equipped with cable and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout.

Enjoy ocean views past the tranquil koi pond and beautifully manicured tropical grounds. This remodeled condo offers all the comforts of home. Relax on your lanai and be amazed by brilliant sunsets with Molokai and Lanai in the distance. Turtles swim along the oceanfront year-round and whales play in the channel during our winter months!

*** Notice of Property Plumbing Project:
- Papakea Resort is performing a property-wide extensive plumbing project and you may hear some noise during this time. Work in this unit begins February 21st, 2025, with an estimated completion for this unit projected on or around March 21st, 2025.
- Standard work hours for this project will be from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday unless authorized for weekend work.
- Contractors will be present on the property to begin quieter preparatory tasks as early as 7:00 AM.
- To minimize possible disruption, louder tasks will not start before 10:00 AM.

Papakea Resort offers lush tropical landscaping, koi lagoon ponds, oceanfront saltwater pools, hot tubs, shuffleboards, golf greens, pickleball, and tennis courts! It is located just North of the famous Ka'anapali Beach. Walk to nearby local shops, cafes, restaurants, and grocery stores. It is a quick drive to Whalers Village and many of Maui's top beaches like Kaanapali, Napili Bay, and Kapalua Bay. Parking is free for one vehicle; additional vehicles are $5/day. This fee is collected by the Resort's Front Desk staff upon arrival.

Peaceful Ocean Stay

The property is peaceful, clean and comfortable. We were able to walk to the ocean and watch the sunset, and walk to see the sunrise. Many restaurants, grocery stores within walking distance.

amazing property on Maui

We stayed three weeks at Papakea - we have stayed there many times before. We love all the amenities - the water exercise classes, the mai tai party every week, and especially the lei making class. The grounds are beautiful and include two swimming pools, two hot tubs, and two putting greens. The sunsets are amazing. the unit was equipped with snorkeling gear, sand pails, golf balls and putters, and just about everything anyone would need for their stay. Also it is close to a grocery store, restaurants, and an ABC store. We will definitely be back. It would have been helpful to know in advance about the resort fees which are now $25 per night with no cap.

Beautiful, quite ocean view retreat

My dad lives in one of the condos on the Papakea resort and we came to help him celebrate his 90th birthday. This condo we stayed in was wonderful; very clean, well stocked, comfortable bed, and very nicely decorated. We loved the view from the lanai. The grounds are beautiful and we very much enjoyed the quiet atmosphere!

I use to live around the corner a few years ago, and never had a chance to visit the property. I feel so welcomed and safe here, and im so happy to be back at Papakea. The staff are all very kind and welcome you with aloha spirit. I will definitely be staying again!

Best trip ever!

Our stay was so lovely. The condo was super clean and felt like a home away from home in paradise. The place had towels, beach chairs, snorkeling gear (different kinds of masks) and a cooler. The kitchen was fully stocked. You can see the ocean from the patio. The pool and hot tub were so fun and there was shuffle board and other lawn games. You can walk to the beach - take surf lessons from Tony! There is also a food truck park in walking distance (abc store too). I can’t wait to go back! Oh and there was a washer dryer which was so nice to have! Would 100% recommend.

There are a sufficient number of parking spaces, but they are far too narrow. Maybe it’s just a Maui thing, but the property could still make changes. The living room air conditioner worked well, but the bedroom was stiflingly hot. I can’t imagine the bedroom temperature in the summer. Everything else was near perfect!

My husband and I have stayed at Papakea Resort a few times and love it there. This unit was very nice and clean and had everything you needed. If you have never been to this area of Maui or Maui in general this is our favorite spot as it has so much to offer within walking distance.

Cockroaches EVERYWHERE

I would not recommend staying here in this room. The room had close to 20 cockroaches in the dishwasher, washing machine, shower, oven, kitchen cabinets, etc. There were cockroach traps and we had the room treated by pest control and still they kept coming back daily. We had to leave and get ready in other family members rooms. I do not recommend.

First time in Maui

First time in Maui and definitely not the last. We were lucky to find Papakea resort on VRBO and we are glad we did. The resort is right in the center of everything, it was between 5 -10 minutes from Napili Beach, Black Rock Beach, Front St town area and Whalers Village. The resort is also near a grocery and food trucks which are conveniently located 5 minutes by walking. The photos on VRBO exactly shows how the unit is like and the amazing view from the balcony. We would definitely stay here again.

Gorgeous Views in Beautiful Resort

We loved our time at the Aston at Papakea! Amazing ocean views (we could even see whales), pool on property, short walk to beach access. Extremely clean. Only minor issue was that AC only really worked in main room, didn’t reach bedroom. But we opened the windows and it was all ok. Thanks for a great stay!
