Ok place, broken property and average service.

The place was in a good location, and views were nice. Free parking is nice too. It was misleading because the listing says room service is included and available, but you have to request it and sometimes it is hard to get in touch with the management. They also said that they change sheets and towels - and indeed they did - but simply dropped off the clean ones in a trash bag and told us we had to change our own sheets. The toilet also blocked twice and our sink did not drain properly. We had to ask them to come take a look many times. The 2/4 property’s elevators were broken the entire stay. At one point it took us 20 mins to get up to our floor.

Bare Bones Litchen

I booked the Waikiki Banyan for location and amenities. I wanted a place that had room for me to cook instead of eating out every night. The kitchen was bare bones. One spatula and one cooking spoon. Just enough place setting for our family for one day. No measuring spoons, or whisks, bare minimum. The mattresses were extra firm and did not have a mattress cover under the sheets. The free WiFi and cable tv with 100 channels did not work. We called and left a message when no one picked up and never heard back the rest of our trip. The place was clean and had an amazing view as advertised though.
