We chose this hotel again after a great past experience, and it was just as excellent this time. The rooms are very clean, modern, and comfortable, and the staff were welcoming and attentive throughout our stay. The location is ideal, close to attractions, dining, and transportation. It’s reassuring to return to a hotel that consistently delivers such friendly service and high standards. We’ll definitely be staying here again.

I had the most incredible stay here in Hawaii truly exceptional from start to finish! 🌺 The coffee shop/bakery downstairs was absolutely amazing and quickly became my go-to spot each morning. I also loved that the hotel offered refillable water bottles, which felt thoughtful and sustainable, plus complimentary slippers that added such a nice touch. The gym was spotless, well-equipped, and such a great space to work out in, which isn’t always the case when traveling. Valet service was flawless, they always had my car ready at the exact time I needed, and since I booked through Expedia, valet was free, which was such a great perk. The view from my room was beyond words – absolutely insane! One of the highlights of my stay. Another standout feature was the hospitality room. After checking out, I was still able to hang by the pool, then use the showers, changing rooms, and lounge area before heading to the airport. They even held my bags for me, which made the whole travel day stress-free. On top of that, the location was perfect – just a 5-minute walk to restaurants and a shopping center. And I can’t forget to mention, all of the staff was so nice and welcoming, which made the stay even better. Overall, I can’t say enough good things – from the thoughtful amenities to the incredible service, everything exceeded expectations. I will be back for sure!

Stay was wonderful!! Room was very clean. Bed a little on the firm side. Toilet seats were heaven. You will know when you go…beach was a five minute walk. Only downside was the view from our room was of a big apartment building. I was very disappointed and called front desk. I was told all ocean view with walkout balcony were sold out. So they moved us to a city view. Was much better. Our balcony was about 2 feet.. just able to stand. Overall great place to stay. Just ask not to be placed on the apartment building side

The ocean view is blocked by two buildings on the both side, and the pool is so small, and no beach totally! it is total not worth 600 dollars for the room and the view and the environment. The staff are nice. But compared with hilton so many actions and beach which the sea view room is under 400 dollars, I do not know why this hotel is so expensive!

Quiet and clean rooms in Waikiki

The rooms here are quiet, sound-proofed to keep out the noise from Waikiki's streets. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff go out of their way to make sure you're happy. The location is also great, right next to the beach, shops, and restaurants.

We loved our stay; fabulous location. Some shared amenities with the Halekulani and being next to the Halekulani Bakery were an unexpected bonus. The pool is a little small but coming at less popular times or being patient means you can get a nice seat, and really it was never too crowded to get in. The room itself was lovely, we had a beautiful mountain-facing view, and finishes and lighting feel thoughtful. Having complimentary metal water bottles and travel bags with towels for day trips and included valet parking made the stay even better.

Loved this hotel, I stayed on a top floor, floor 21 and had a spectacular view, just gorgeous! The room was great with a couple of minor exceptions. No soap in shower and toilet although very modern had an odor, not sure why? Thought lobby should include a light bites / bar atmosphere.
