Newly remodeled - parking is $50 per day - self park. Our room was nice and modern - the shower was extremely small - cruise ship small - I would recommend this property.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience from start to finish. The cleanliness stood out immediately — the rooms were spotless, the linens fresh, and the common areas were consistently well-maintained throughout my stay. It’s clear that the housekeeping team takes real pride in their work. The staff was equally impressive. Every interaction, from check-in to check-out, was handled with professionalism and courtesy. They were attentive, helpful, and always available to answer questions or offer local recommendations. Another big plus is the location. Everything I needed — restaurants, shops, and even some tourist attractions — was within walking distance. I didn’t need to rely on a car or public transport at all, which made my stay even more convenient. Overall, I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, well-managed place in a walkable area.

Perfect location without the price

Great location! Next to everything in the beach is literally around the corner. Staff is super welcoming and they offer a local Vibe don't treat you like tourists. The pool is a bit small but still comfortable.

Friendly helpful staff. The low floor room was a concern. It's Waikiki! But not an issue past 930pm and I was there on a Friday night. I enjoyed the balancy. Pool was smaller but clean and comfortable loungers. Used pre and post check in.

Rough Start - no AC

The check in process was tough, I had to wait for a king bed, which was fine, then it was bookies. The king bed offers were not great. We finally settled on a room by the elevator, I was afraid it would be loud. it wasn’t. however, the AC didn’t work. It was really hot and a bummer. The lobby, and port area in front have no AC, it’s really hot while waiting to check in. KATHERINE was AMAZING!! She made everything really ok. I got a credit for dinner - twice. Mahalo to Katherine Allen or I kmay have gone somewhere else.
