The Royal Moana is one of the best values in Waikiki and ranks among the highest in guest satisfaction! Now you don’t have to sacrifice quality for affordability. Located at 240 Liliuokalani Ave, the Royal Moana is a few minutes walk to world class Waikiki beaches and was remodeled with the sole purpose of providing you a classy yet economical alternative to a hotel room. Ask yourself, why would I ever rent a room when I can rent a home? As you can see in the amenities, we have gone to great lengths to make sure these condos are truly your home away from home. Ali’i Beach Rentals manages the entire property so there are 6 identical fully furnished stylish one bedroom condos and 1 classic studio available.

The sleeping arrangements are very convenient with a queen bed in the bedroom along with a trundle day bed which has two twin sized mattresses. Leave the bedroom pocket doors open for extra space or shut them for a private bedroom.

ALI'I BEACH RENTALS INCLUDE:
- Beach chairs, boogie board, and cooler
- Bed linens, bath, beach & kitchen towels
- Dishes, silverware, cookware (including tea kettle, rice cooker, blender)
- Hair dryer, iron & ironing board
- Condo Supplies: coffee filters, dish soap, dishwasher soap, bar soap, travel size shampoo, conditioner, paper towel & toilet papers (once these items run out, you will purchase your own).

NO ELEVATORS: Make sure everyone in your party is able to go up and down steps. This unit is on the 3rd floor.

Location perfect

The property was in an ideal location close to Waikiki beach and the Alawai Canal, lots of great walking routes.The property manager was very responsive and was easily reached when there were issues.The only cons with this property for us was the street noise and the very narrow Lanai.

Live local in paradise

It was a pleasure to spend a month in this location. While the apartment is slightly dated , it is spacious and very clean. Any issues we had were immediately resolved by the management. I was so impressed with their willingness to cater to any of our needs. You can’t get a better location - 5 minute walk to Waikiki beach, 2 minute walk to the canal and lanai!! Each day I was able to watch the sunrise and set if I walked in either direction. Shops, markets, hotels all easily accessible. Having a little market/ store right below was so convenient for basics. Even the laundry business on the first floor ended up being a boon , as I was able to easily acquire towels and sheets while washing mine. Loved it so much have already booked a month for next year!! Mahalo Ali’i Beach Rental for making our stay so pleasant .

Great place, great location!

I wasn’t sure how much I’d like a long term stay in the city, but I fell in love with this location and simple condo. It was SO easy to walk to the beach and all the nearby spots along Waikiki. The mart downstairs was also clutch. Would absolutely stay here again, thank you!!

Our stay

Very nice property, no issues with anything except the oven doesn't work well. We did not report this because we only used it once and I don't imagine a lot of people would use the oven. The property is exactly as shown and the staff are very friendly. I would highly recommend this place!!!!

No Wifi

This rental is exactly what it says, and it looks exactly as it does in the picture. Window ac unit, sucks, and there is no WiFi, they will say maintenance will come, but they will not. Laundry is outside under a roof. It is close to the beach, maybe five minute walk, but spend a little more and get a nicer place. It just felt really motel-like. I gave it a 4, because it is what it says in its advertisement. You get what you pay for, for sure. It’s cheap, location is ok, but no WiFi, they actually lie and say maintenance is coming, which I find gross, that you lie to everyone that stays, but again price was cheap. I wouldn’t stay here again, but if all you care about is cheap, this will fit.
